Wrote an article on this on LinkedIn about three years ago, bemoaning that we’d all lost sight of the UX.
Tech is the enabler, the resulting service is the true disruptor.
An interesting take. Not all of these are *the* reason, but it’s absolutely a lesson to us all to remember the customer at the end of our service. They’re not wowed by our tech, they’re wowed by our service.
Tech is ‘just’ the enabler.
