Back for her 13th year playing with Coach Jeff (and 16th with Coach Jeff overall 😎) is #9 @AnnaCStrange9! A 2028 lean and wiry IF/OF, Anna brings a solid blend of athleticism to the ballpark. She has quickness on the field and on the bases. Line drive swing and a versatile glove. Offensively, she shows an ability to generate good bat speed and can pepper the gaps. A good contact hitter with a strong eye at the plate, Anna can hit the highest velocities when she’s locked in. She’s also a strong bunter and shows good speed on the bases. Defensively, Anna shows nice positional flexibility on the infield with good hands and solid range. She’s very comfortable with the backhand play up the middle, in the hole or down the line. She can also handle the OF as well, showing good tracking skills. Anna suffered a tear to her right labrum last fall and worked hard to regain her strength throughout the winter and spring. As she continues to add strength, Anna offers a strong bat and defensive presence to our squad. Looking for another fun season, Niner! ✈️🥎🔥 @topgunfastpitch @ExtraInningSB @LineDsoftball @SoftbalAmerica @TGETalent @MidwestPremierS @Softball_Home @SoftballHome
