Back to work this week in the cages at school. I love that I am able to practice softball year round at my school. Today I got a bullpen in, working on drills for a loose whip, and location of my pitches. @directrecruits @appstorms48176 @gatorjack72 @sportprepx @sunilsportsnews @Franceteambreez @coach_fig @Toppreps @NIL_NCAA @gregkennedy9 @scan1ansports

Took the mound for the first time in 3 months this past weekend at the Mid TN Tri Star Showcase. Pitched 13 innings, with a 1.4 WHIP. Excited to get back to work in the bullpen! @directrecruits @gatorjack72 @sportprepx @sunilsportsnews @Toppreps @NIL_NCAA @gregkennedy9 @scan1ansports

I was supposed to have a pitching lesson today but my coach and catcher were sick — still got to the cages and got some work done in prep for the Mid TN Tri Star showcase tomorrow! @softballdown @taprofileapp @gomvb @dfwsho @directrecruits @csaprepstar @sbrretweets @5_recruiting @Yathletesf @scan1ansports

Worked on some basic drills after school. My screw and rise spins along with adding resistance to my drives and weighted plyo balls to work on my front side. Going to put it all together with full pitching today. Getting prepped to take the field this weekend at the Tri Star Showcase! @centurionsSB @directrecruits @appstorms48176 @gatorjack72 @sportprepx @sunilsportsnews @FGS_softball @CoastRecruitsSB @coach_fig @Toppreps @NIL_NCAA @gregkennedy9 @scan1ansports

Excited to take the field this weekend at the Tri Star Showcase!!! You don’t realize how much you love the game until you have an injury that causes you to be off the field for months. So happy to be finally be able to play! @centurionsSB @softballdown @taprofileapp @gomvb @dfwsho @directrecruits @csaprepstar @sbrretweets @5_recruiting @Yathletesf @scan1ansports

Today felt good! First bullpen in 3 months (since my injury) — and man have I missed it! Excited to get back into a rhythm and continue working on my movement. I’m ready to get back on the dirt again! @centurionsSB @directrecruits @appstorms48176 @gatorjack72 @sportprepx @sunilsportsnews @FGS_softball @CoastRecruitsSB @coach_fig @Toppreps @NIL_NCAA @gregkennedy9 @scan1ansports @softballdown @taprofileapp @gomvb @dfwsho @csaprepstar @sbrretweets @5_recruiting @Yathletesf

This summer season was definitely a struggle. July 4 I dislocated my shoulder and had an injury causing me to play little to no softball. Through this injury I realized it wasn’t just the social aspect of softball that made me love the sport, it was actually playing the sport I love. Even through the injury I loved playing with the Lady Bullies and the Saint B allstars team. I think this summer God put me in a tough situation to open my eyes on how I really view softball as a part of my life and not just a social experience. I can’t wait to get back in the game and get stronger through physical therapy!

Working on my core movement pitches and offspeed. The Rise, Screw and Offspeed Rise ball! @centurionsSB @directrecruits @appstorms48176 @gatorjack72 @sportprepx @sunilsportsnews @FGS_softball @CoastRecruitsSB @coach_fig @Toppreps @NIL_NCAA @gregkennedy9 @scan1ansports

Today is our last conference game of the season! Got some work in yesterday with my rise, and a hitting lesson afterwards to prepare! @centurionsSB @Mizuno_Johnson @directrecruits @appstorms48176 @gatorjack72 @sportprepx @sunilsportsnews @FGS_softball @CoastRecruitsSB @coach_fig @Toppreps @NIL_NCAA @gregkennedy9 @scan1ansports

So proud of my team yesterday! Showed up with great energy, bats hot, and went 3 innings winning 15-0. I was 1 walk away from a perfect game. Great way to start the week, looking forward to our tournament this weekend! 3 innings, 0H, 0ER, 6SO, 1BB @centurionsSB @Mizuno_Johnson @playsbigger @recruitmatador @fastpitchflex @diamondaddicts @get2collegath @gomvb @dfwsho @toppreps

Good Friday Workout! Getting some in season training in at ETS performance. Maintaining my strength throughout the season so I don’t lose my gains. @centurionsSB @softballdown @taprofileapp @gomvb @dfwsho @directrecruits @csaprepstar @sbrretweets @5_recruiting @Yathletesf

Excited with the growth I’ve seen already this year. In our first scrimmage of the season, I pitched against this team giving up 6 hits in 2 innings with 2ER. We came back and played them Tuesday and I closed the game with 1 hit in 3 innings and 0ER. Worked my rise ball at different levels, and off speeds to create weak hits and SO. @centurionsSB @Mizuno_Johnson @directrecruits @appstorms48176 @gatorjack72 @sportprepx @sunilsportsnews @FGS_softball @CoastRecruitsSB @coach_fig @Toppreps @NIL_NCAA @gregkennedy9 @scan1ansports @softballdown @taprofileapp @gomvb @dfwsho @csaprepstar @sbrretweets @5_recruiting @Yathletesf
