Russia continues striking civilian infrastructure and residential neighborhoods in Ukraine. They killed a child. Again. ▪️ Vinnytsia region: The region has been under a massive attack for more than 24 hours. In the Koziatyn community, a Russian drone strike between a dormitory and an educational institution killed a 13-year-old girl and a woman. Six people were injured. Four of the injured are children: three five-year-olds and a 16-year-old boy. One of the five-year-old girls is in critical condition. The damaged dormitory housed internally displaced people, who are now being helped to find new accommodation. Two two-story residential buildings and a children's sports school were also damaged. The community has declared three days of mourning. ▪️ Zhytomyr region: Russian forces targeted energy, civilian and logistics infrastructure. Three people were reported injured, including a child. ▪️ Odesa region: Overnight, Russia attacked a DTEK energy facility in the region. Infrastructure facilities in Odesa were also targeted. Two residential buildings and a garage were damaged. Four people were injured. ▪️ Kyiv region: - In Obukhiv district, a man was wounded in the neck by shrapnel and hospitalised. A passenger car and a trailer were destroyed, and another car was damaged. - In Bila Tserkva district, an energy infrastructure facility was damaged in an attack by Russian UAVs. ▪️ Kirovohrad region: An evening Russian attack sparked a fire at a transport infrastructure facility. The fire has since been extinguished. ▪️ Kharkiv region: Twelve people were injured in a Russian attack, including a child. In the evening, Russian forces attacked the village of Vasyshcheve in the Bezliudivka community with strike drones. One of the drones hit the roof of a five-story residential building, damaging apartment structures and an intermediate floor slab. Two residents trapped in an apartment on the top floor were rescued. Three more fires broke out at other locations: greenhouses, hay and a refrigeration unit on the premises of a private enterprise caught fire.

Russian missile kills 4-year-old Liza with Down syndrome. Her mother saw her daughter’s torn body💔 On July 14, 2022, a Russian Kalibr missile struck the center of Vinnytsia.
