Yes I know this list is getting on a bit I’m age and the earliest parts have gaps thanks to trove’s tendency to remove things. It’s still a great resource and I still add to it, though I’m thinking of making a more permanent, no delete version outside of trove.

A lot of ephemera don't have date information; some does have a printer's mark, which can be date-based. I usually use fashions, cars (or lack thereof), phone number length, and use of the pound over the dollar (this is Australian so the pound means before 1968);
Sometimes though its an odd thing that dates it very clearly without intending too. I.e. this one I am working on I am dating using of all things, the photo of a floral clock. #librarylifre #archivelife

If you are in management and you want to do #pride you need to do action plan for what you do if it doesn't go well and you get backlash. It needs to be a well-thought-out action plan with OH&S, damage control, and how to keep being supportive while protecting you and your staff.
