The National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE): The team alleges foreign-linked influence within the organization that develops major bar examinations and provides testing services used by many states. Whether those relationships actually demonstrate such coordination requires independent examination. 3️⃣ WHAT THE TEAM SAYS IT COMPILED Its research package consists of “TEN CHINA CHARTS” and “THE LIST THAT WILL SAVE AMERICA.” According to the post, the materials draw on 27 years of NCME meeting programs, covering 2000–2026, along with organizational publications, public profiles, donor records, tax filings and other sources. The team reports identifying: 97 NCME sponsors it alleges have CCP affiliations. 101 NCBE employees it flags as allegedly CCP-affiliated or friendly. 3,035 LinkedIn-connected companies, groups and individuals it wants investigated. More than 1,268 additional names connected to its alleged network. 180 donors identified through World Justice Project website materials. Being named in a program, donor list or professional network does not, by itself, establish wrongdoing or CCP affiliation. 4️⃣ WHY THEY SAY LICENSING MATTERS The team's argument is that professional licensing is a form of public power: it determines who can enter professions entrusted with legal rights, health care and other essential responsibilities. The post acknowledges that states retain formal authority over attorney licensing, but argues that reliance on centralized examination products creates vulnerabilities. The researchers contend that foreign influence over those products could undermine state control and public accountability.
