Proud to see our EVP & CFO, Melissa Sullivan, join @acgconnecticut's Women of Leadership Panel today to share her perspective on leading through change, building strong teams, and supporting the next generation of women leaders. Melissa shared the value of raising your hand for the messy projects. They teach you the business at its most detailed level and give you visibility when you deliver results. Thank you to @acgconnecticut and fellow panelists for a great conversation. #ACGConnecticut #WomenInLeadership #Leadership

Thank you to everyone who joined us last night for our Subcontractor Partner Roundtable at 3001 Stamford Square. We appreciate you taking the time to be with us. The discussion covered APC’s new Procore process, jobsite safety, and upcoming projects and bidding opportunities, with plenty of good conversation during the Q&A and networking afterward. We value the role our subcontractor partners play in helping us deliver our best work, and we look forward to continuing to build together.

Thank you to @KidsInCrisisCt for bringing "The Anxiety Gap" presentation to our tenants at 3001 Stamford Square. It was an important conversation as more children, teens and adults are affected by anxiety. Their licensed clinicians shared practical ways to recognize and respond to anxiety, and many of the tips apply well beyond parenting. Hosting worthwhile onsite events like this one is part of how we support the people who work in our buildings, and we'd recommend a Kids in Crisis presentation to any company looking to do the same for its employees. Greenwich Crossing Welcomes... Kneads Bakery Café! Known for its in-house stone mill that grinds 100% organic whole grain flour daily, the new Kneads location will include two spaces: street-front retail along Railroad Avenue and an additional on the second floor inside the train station, offering Irving Farm coffee and grab-and-go items for commuters. We’re excited for Kneads to join us in further strengthening the connection between Railroad Avenue, the train station, Greenwich Avenue, and the surrounding community. Both locations are expected to open in late spring 2027. More details and press release at greenwichcrossing.com/ Rendering by Frederick William Hoag Architect Photo 4 credit Meghan Olson

A.P. Construction has completed a new 22,000-square-foot early childhood education facility for St. Aloysius Parish in collaboration with Peter Gisolfi Associates. The steel and concrete building houses 12 classrooms, a gymnasium with supporting locker rooms, and a prayer chapel, all set behind a masonry facade combining brick, full stone, and composite trim. The project also incorporated a range of energy initiatives. We're proud to partner with St. Aloysius Parish to deliver a facility built to serve students and families for generations to come. apconst.com/portfolio-item/s…

Some of our favorite projects are the ones when so many people in the community get to enjoy long after we've finished building them. The seabird exhibit at @MaritimeAqua is one of them, home to Connecticut's only puffin colony, and our fourth project completed with the Aquarium. @apconstco led the full design-build, from a 5,200-gallon saltwater habitat to custom rockwork and above- and below-waterline viewing. Stop by this summer and see it for yourself. apconst.com/portfolio-item/t…

Greenwich Crossing construction work on the Steamboat Road staircase is completed. However, the staircase will remain closed until early August while Metro-North continues to perform emergency repairs to portions of Track 3-Grand Central Bound platform. This Metro-North platform work is unrelated to the Greenwich Crossing project. Click to view the latest drone footage and progress photos and video as the project moves into its final stretch. Designed by @ericrains, landscaping across the site is taking shape, featuring native and ornamental plantings, a re-planted buffer along Arch Street, and new trees along Railroad Avenue. Construction is underway on Benedict Court, a new 120-unit multifamily community in downtown Greenwich. A.P. Construction Company is serving as construction manager on this exciting project, designed by @BKSKarchitects. APC will build six floors above two levels of underground parking, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, resident lounges, a fitness center, a co-working library, a dining room, and a rooftop terrace. Developed through a collaborative planning process with the Town of Greenwich and the Greenwich Affordable Housing Trust Fund, Benedict Court will offer 40% of the 120 apartments at below-market rates to qualified moderate-income residents. We're excited to help bring this vision to life alongside Nimbus Properties, Lonicera Partners, Benedict Capital Development Corp, Invesco Real Estate, Eric Rains Landscape Architects, and Redniss & Mead. Follow along as construction progresses. apconst.com/portfolio-item/b…

The best projects start with the best people. Some of our best conversations don't happen in a meeting room - they happen on a boat, in the sun, with the people you build alongside every day. Days like this remind us that a strong team isn't just about the work - it's about who you're doing it with. Proud of this crew and everything we get to build together.⚓

Thank you to our tenants, clients and partners who attended Ashforth’s hosted AI Powered Buildings: Driving Efficiency, Savings & Sustainability event yesterday and special thanks to Cortex Building Intelligence for contributing as our featured speaker. One of the key takeaways: some of the biggest energy savings can simply come from shifting HVAC startup times all while fulfilling lease obligations and maintaining the comfort and experience our tenants expect. #AIACT #Cortex #TheAshforthCompany #AlbertBAshforthInc

Thank you to our incredible team and partners for your commitment to keeping our projects safe, every day.

It’s National Construction Safety Week! At APC, safety is our top priority—on every site, every day. This year’s theme – All in Together: Recognize. Respond. Respect., reflects the way we work: staying aware, taking action, and looking out for one another. Throughout the week, our team is engaging with daily Safety Week emails focused on identifying high‑energy and high‑hazard conditions, implementing direct controls to prevent injuries, and empowering all team members to speak up – key actions that continue to strengthen our safety‑first culture. We’re also participating in our Annual Safety Meeting to reinforce best practices across every project. Thank you to our APC team and our partners for your continued commitment to putting safety first, every day.
