Interested in helping bridge the gaps between choice modelling, machine learning and mathematical psychology? Check out our exciting new PhD opportunities in the Choice Modelling Centre at the University of Leeds - cmc.leeds.ac.uk/join-us/job-…
We are pleased to announce the release of Apollo v0.2.7. You can update your current version directly from CRAN by calling install.packages(“apollo”).
We hope you enjoy the new version
The Apollo team
2. we have implemented the Fractional Multinomial Logit model (apollo_fmnl) which can be used for data where the choice variable is coded in shares (aggregate data) or where choices are not known with certainty
We have also substantially revised the manual (apollochoicemdelling.com/man…) with more details on examples and guides to functions.
One week to go until the deadline. Don’t forget to submit your abstract for ICMC2022 and spread the word - all work in choice modelling is welcome
Remember to submit your abstracts for the International Choice Modelling Conference, Reykjavik, Iceland, from 23 to 25 May 2022 - deadline for abstracts is coming up soon, 30 Nov. icmconference.org.uk/
A good example of how complex new models can be coded from scratch in Apollo!
A quantum leap instead of a small step into the unknown: our new work brings together choice modelling with quantum probability, allowing for greater flexibility and bigger departures from models of “rational” consumer behaviour. You can read the paper at doi.org/10.1016/j.trb.2020.0…
Apollo wants you! We are developing exciting new features and need beta testers with existing Apollo expertise. What’s in it for you? Early access to cool features for using in your own work. Interested? Drop an e-mail to [email protected] and we’ll be in touch.
Apollo v.0.0.1 now released. With many new features, improved stability, an enhanced manual and a new online forum, there's never been a better time to start using Apollo for your choice models. Visit ApolloChoiceModelling.com
