Simply gorgeous live Mariachi music played in @alleytheatre lobby pre performance. Perfect mood setter.

To spend an afternoon laughing at Toronto city politics is the gift I didn’t know I so badly needed. Bravo to @healeytypes and @crowstheatre for this fascinating, entertaining and gorgeously realized show.
Not saying I came into Toronto to see this play, but certainly glad I get to see it while I’m here. I miss this city’s theatre scene.

First time @crowstheatre What a great space!! The Toronto theatre scene has grown so incredibly since I lived here over 16 years ago. I love this city.

For the undisputed win.

So Barbie was fine enough….amusing and even quite funny/smart in places, but it was the trio of Canadian Kens that made the movie for me. Especially a goofy Gossling channeling his Breaker High days. If you know….you know. 🇨🇦

I feel seen! Just need to add in that 30 degrees is really hot outside but my oven isn’t hot until it’s 400 plus degrees.
Americans: I use miles and pounds Europeans: I use kilometres and kilograms Canadians: [snorting a line of assorted measuring systems] I'm 5'3, I weigh 150lbs, horses weigh 1000kgs, my house is an hour away and I drive 80 km/h to get there, I need a cup of flour and 1L of milk

This woman helped/educated so many of us with patience, kindness, immense knowledge and not a whiff of judgement. It was the only late night radio show I was allowed to stay up for. RIP Sue. You were treasured.
