Cracking calcium with @ShockwaveIVL @RichmondVAMC en proxy. Unsuccessful expansion at high atm. Laser would not cross nor would #shockwaveC2 at site of double layer of underexpanded stents. Persistence to treat proximally cracked calcium and facilitated expansion. Results below.
