Day 100 of 100 Days of Cybersecurity
Today I completed the 12-week GRC series with the London School of Cybersecurity. During this period, I learnt about governance, risk, and compliance fundamentals.
@TemitopeSobulo @jay_hunts @cyberjeremiah @ireteeh @Tech4DevHQ
Today I learned about cloud security.
Cloud security involves protecting data, applications, and services hosted in the cloud through proper configurations, access controls, and monitoring.
It includes practices like:
• Securing access (IAM, least privilege)
• Encrypting data
Using security groups and firewalls
• Monitoring for misconfigurations
Key takeaway:
In the cloud, misconfiguration is one of the biggest risks, security depends on how well you configure and manage your environment.

Day 99 of 100 Days of Cybersecurity
Today I learnt how to overcome integration challenges in GRC, such as siloed teams and lack of coordination, manual processes that cause inefficiencies, and underutilized technology stacks.

Day 35 of 150
Today I learned the relationship between risk, threats, and vulnerabilities in cybersecurity.
Threats are potential dangers (e.g., hackers, malware)
Vulnerabilities are weaknesses that can be exploited
Risk is the potential damage when a threat exploits a vulnerability
Risk exists when a threat meets a vulnerability. Remove the weakness, and you reduce the risk.

Day 98 of 100 Days of Cybersecurity
Today I looked into leveraging technology in GRC, including how automation can streamline repetitive tasks, how centralizing GRC information improves visibility and consistency.

Day 34 of 150
I just started assets, threats, and vulnerabilities
Everything in security starts with 3 things:
• Assets — what you need to protect
• Threats — what can harm them
• Vulnerabilities — the weaknesses attackers exploit
Day 33 of 150
I was able to complete the Linux and SQL course on @coursera
I'm glad to be progressing on my Cybersecurity career
No vulnerability = no easy attack.
Asset + Threat + Vulnerability = Risk
Understand this, and you understand the foundation of cybersecurity.

Day 32 of 150
Today, I learned about JOINs in SQL.
JOINs are used to combine data from multiple tables based on a related column.
Common types include:
• INNER JOIN – returns matching records from both tables
• LEFT JOIN – returns all from the left table + matches
• RIGHT JOIN – returns all from the right table + matches
This allows you to work with related data spread across different tables.
Key takeaway: JOINs connect data, turning separate tables into meaningful insights.
