“I feel sad, I’m sad. If you want to know the truth, I’m sad… I’m going to steal a quote from Kelvin Sampson: ‘I may not be as big a part of their life, but they are my life.’”

Iowa's Ben McCollum brought up the enemy of great is good in his postgame news conference. Interesting comments.
"People sit in mediocrity for a long time because they start to fall in love with really good. I probably had that happen to me when I was in, like, my seventh or eighth year. We went to three straight Sweet 16s and lost by one, two points. ... I always thought we were really good and close. Then I realized that was the biggest issue that we had, was the fact that we were settling for really good."
"Trying to go from really good to being great is something that is really hard to do, and our kids need to understand really good is not acceptable. It's
actually worse than being bad."

I’m sorry I couldn’t properly lead to this beautiful tribute the @CollegeGameDay put together. Really wanted to thank all of you for the avalanche of love and support you’ve shown Ben. It gives me and my family such comfort knowing how he impacted so many peoples lives around the country. He was a beautiful and loving soul.

The Orlando Magic mocked Michael Jordan when he was wearing number 45. Jordan and the Bulls swept them the very next year. Darrell Armstrong shares a story about Jordan at the end of game 4 that showed he NEVER forgot about that disrespect 👀
