Our new ArcBlock website isn’t built around a traditional CMS. It’s built around an ontology-driven knowledge system.
What does that mean?
A CMS manages pages and content.
An ontology models concepts, meaning, and relationships.
Instead of organizing knowledge into isolated pages, we connect ideas, technologies, products, research, and their evolution into a structured, machine-understandable system.
With AFS and AFS-UI, the website becomes just one way to explore and interact with that knowledge.
Humans can read it. AI agents can understand and work with it. New interfaces can be generated from it.
We’re not just building a website that publishes information. We’re building a knowledge system that can continuously evolve.

An in-depth engineering blog explaining how we built our Blockchain Explorer entirely on ARC (Agentic Realm Computer).
From blockchain data and AFS to AFS-UI and the underlying architecture, we walk through how the pieces fit together to power a real-world application.
Not just a demo or a concept — a working application built on our next-generation agentic computing platform.

We will move everything to ARC(Agentic Realm Computer) and sunset Blocklet Server 1.x services by the end of 2026.

Aside 1.4.0 is out!
Apps should be easy for agents to use, too. Built on AFS and AFSUI, Aside lets people and agents work with the same material, save results, and pick up where they left off.

We have published a security hardening release for Blocklet Server. Every release up to and including 1.17.12 is affected. The fixes are in 1.17.13-beta-20261019-082907-fe71de61 and every later beta.

Over the past 48 hours, we’ve detected several security attacks targeting our infrastructure. Our team immediately investigated and has released security fixes.
As a precaution, we’ve patched our online services and rotated their secret keys.
So far, we’ve found no evidence of financial loss or compromised user data. However, we did find evidence of attackers attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in older versions of Blocklet Server.
If you’re running Blocklets, especially on a self-hosted Blocklet Server, I strongly recommend that you:
Update to the latest patched version.
Rotate your admin keys and other potentially exposed secrets.
Perform a security audit of your deployment.
The identified vulnerabilities affect the legacy Blocklet Server 1.x architecture and potentially deployed Blocklets. Our latest ARC (Agentic Realm Computer) architecture is not affected by these specific vulnerabilities.
We’ll continue monitoring the situation and sharing updates as needed.
Security is never something we take lightly. Thank you to our team for responding quickly and keeping our infrastructure and community safe.
Security Advisory: Blocklet Server 🔐
We’ve recently detected attacks targeting vulnerabilities in older versions of Blocklet Server, including evidence of exploitation.
Our team has investigated the incidents and released security fixes.
So far, our investigation has found no evidence of data loss or financial impact.
If you’re self-hosting Blocklet Server, please take action:
Update to the latest version immediately.
Rotate your admin secret key (SK).
Audit your deployment for suspicious activity or unauthorized access.
We’re continuing to monitor the situation and will share further updates as appropriate.
Security and transparency have always been fundamental to ArcBlock, and that commitment continues as we move toward ARC.
Thank you for helping keep the ecosystem secure.

Security Update for Self-Hosted Blocklet Server Users 🔐
We’ve just released a security update addressing potential vulnerabilities in previous versions of Blocklet Server.
If you’re self-hosting Blocklet Server, we strongly recommend that you:
Update to the latest version as soon as possible.
Rotate your admin secret key (SK) as a precaution.
Audit your system for any suspicious activity or unauthorized access.
Security remains a priority for us, even as we transition toward ARC.
Please take a moment to secure your deployment. Stay safe!

I believe the next bottleneck in software engineering is shifting from writing code to organizing, verifying, and supervising work. At ArcBlock, we call the production model we want to build toward DarcFactory: AI workers operating continuously within clear intent and boundaries, results receiving independent checks, and people able to see what is happening and intervene where judgment is needed.

We're getting ready to make a splash at ASE 2026 (Automated Software Engineering) next week in Munich, Germany! 🚀
Monday is our big day!
We'll be participating in three sessions:
🎤 A keynote presentation
💻 A live demo session
💬 A panel discussion
We'll be sharing our latest work on AFS, AFS-UI, and AI-native engineering, and exploring how agentic systems are reshaping the future of software.
Looking forward to exchanging ideas with researchers and practitioners from around the world!
See you in Munich!

OpenAI just introduced Intelligent UI in ChatGPT with GPT-6. What perfect timing for my keynote at next week's ASE Generative UI workshop! 😄
But what does Intelligent UI actually mean? Is it just a better interface, or the beginning of a fundamental shift in how software works?
We've written an accessible article explaining the ideas, the technology, and why Generative UI matters — no deep technical background required.
The future of software is becoming much more interesting.

Justin Drake has raised an important concern: AI-driven advances in mathematics could challenge the security of blockchain signature algorithms sooner than we expect.
What does this mean for blockchain users, developers, and the industry?
Our founder has shared his perspective, along with practical recommendations and best practices for preparing for a post-quantum future.
Security isn't just about protecting what we have today — it's about being ready for what comes next.
