Has anyone ever managed to communicate with @flynorse because I've hit a brick wall and it's been 6 months now.
Really disappointed in @AerLingus Delayed flying to Dublin so we missed our connection to NYC. We were put on a plane to Philly so had to make our own way to NY with two small children. They can't even grace us with a response to our claim for costs incurred due to their mistakes – at Wakefield, England
Congratulations @BarnsArchives very well deserved 👏👏 – at Yorkshire and The Humber, England

Here at Wakefield we hold some very special (& rather old) documents from the 12th c. 📜This is an Inspeximus, by Henry de Lacy, confirming a 1194 charter (WMT/PO/1/185). When we retrieve them for a visitor, we all have to take a moment & have a look! #BehindTheScenes

Q3: Do you have a pet and who/what is it?
A3: We have ginger/white brothers McGregor Ozymandias and Reuben Ptolemy. They have a love/hate relationship with each other. The scourge of local mice, voles and occasional birds.
