Crossing Wewatta St at Cherry Creek in LoDo has always felt super dangerous to me, with many drivers failing to stop for pedestrians, many of whom are going to games/concerts.
So I decided to #PutAJokerOnIt to see if it will improve the situation.

With continued heavy rain and high water, DPR recommends that all trail users avoid Cherry Creek Trail until rain subsides. Please use caution on all other trails, especially along waterways, and turn around if you encounter flooded areas.

There are now two pedestrian bridges (w/in 1000' of each other) over Cherry Creek in Lower Downtown that are closed b/c of structural issues.
What are the plans to fix them?
People who live in the n'hood depend on them.
Hope everyone is ok… but tell me again about how bikes are dangerous? Be careful out there #bikeden - at least this one didn’t land on Cherry Creek Trail.
