Traveling around Europe for a few months, and filling out those long personal data forms every time I check into a new Airbnb or hotel is so annoying
Every place has different glitchy providers and different forms every time. Why isn't there one centralized place for this?

Good progress

@agazdecki you built a truly exceptional company - the whole experience was top notch from beginning to end
ChatGPT 3.5 launch in 2022: "AI will replace all jobs!"
PhD-level models in 2025: "This AI is stupid! It can't read my mind when I type 'fix the thing in the stuff'"
We have normalized magic and now we're mad it's not telepathic 😅
Called it a year ago
Every team I know that went heavy on AI coding 2 years ago without a proper code/architecture review process is now either:
- Spend more time desperately refactoring that building features
- Completely rewriting everything from scratch
Google AI Overview nuked one of my info websites. At this rate, info websites will not survive the next couple years
So, 3 years ago I built an AI host for live streams with GPT-3.5
It was cool but didn’t catch on... too early, I guess.
Now, with LLMs and TTS leveling up, maybe it’s time to revisit and relaunch it. Could be a hit this time.
Looking for a freelancer/agency to help us with influencer marketing strategy and implementation at LiveReacting. Who is the best?
I could've saved $30k+ over the last few years if I'd noticed my servers and Google Cloud storage bucket were in different regions 🤦♂️
Prediction:
Companies heavily relying on AI coding (like Cursor Composer mode) will face significant tech debt in 1-2 years.
Blindly implementing AI-generated code without thorough review will inevitably lead to exponentially increasing maintenance difficulty
Hey @RayFernando1337
Your streams are absolutely stunning!
Amazing topics and also visually gorgeous
What software do you use to run them?
Last week I slashed my server costs by 85% 💸
I bought a dedicated Hetzner server for just $112/mo and got:
✅ 32 vCPU (AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D)
✅ 128 DDR5
✅ 4 TB SSD
✅ Unlimited bandwidth
This beast replaced 4 Google Cloud Platform servers ($580/mo + $200/mo bandwidth) 🤯
Migrating took only 30 minutes!
I can't believe I spent hundreds of thousands on GCP in the last 5 years when Hetzner could have saved me a fortune!
Moving more non-critical services to Hetzner soon, keeping GCP for autoscaling during peak times only
Any ideas on how to monetize it?
One of the blog posts on our company blog brings a massive amount of traffic.
But that audience is not relevant to our product, and we can not convert them well.
Should I put Google Adsense banners?
People and companies run 250,000 live streams every day.
Most of them suck.
Here are 3 actionable techniques to make your stream stand out: 👇
2. Add a warm-up experience at the beginning so people stick and won’t leave your broadcast while you are waiting for everyone to join.
Include an interactive wordle game with a countdown, or at least play a video clip.
