Here is the video of me asking Virat Kohli the first question in his post match press conference yesterday! #ENGvsIND #ViratKohli

The problem India has is that too many debutants have excelled recently... Kishan, Suryakumar and Krunal have all been phenomenal. How are they going to pick their established top order? #ENGvsIND

Hussain: “if you loose three wickets in the powerplay you have an 80% chance of losing”. Certainly a useful statistic but not particularly surprising? Losing your three best batsmen in the first five overs surely puts you heavily on the back foot... #INDvENG

Outrageous shot from Rishabh Pant - simply fearless to reverse ramp a 90 mph delivery. He is in some truly remarkable form, the same can’t be said about Kohli though... #INDvENG

Pant lives by the sword and dies by the right-arm part-time spin of Joe Root... #INDvsENG
*Pant walks out to bat* Sunil Gavaskar: 'I wonder how Pant will play today, will he go after Jack Leach?' I think Pant only knows how to play in one fashion... #INDvsENG

From 74-2 to 98-8, what a a spectacular collapse from England! After all the talk of the importance of seam, it has been the spinners who have surprisingly done the damage. Looking forward to seeing how Anderson and Archer respond this evening... #INDvsENG

It is absurd that the Mumbai Indians bought Arjun Tendulkar. Not only is it blatant nepotism, but it is disrespectful to so many other hardworking players who have been overlooked. For context, Arjun Tendulkar is a bowler with a T20 economy of over 9.5. #IPLAuction #IPL2021

Maxwell is surely massively overpriced at 14.25 crore, amazing how he has attracted such a large price tag after a dreadful season last time out. Feels bizarre that Hales is unsold for 1.5 crore, but Maxwell gets bought at nearly ten times the cost... #IPLAuction2021 #RCB

Smith to Delhi... surely has to be the Ponting connection. Would have been interesting if RCB had won him, watching him bat with Kohli would have been surreal! #IPL2021Auction

Now that the Kings XI Punjab have rebranded as Punjab Kings, I can only hope that their auction strategy has been revamped too. They are always the most underwhelming side in the auction. #IPLAuction2021 #PunjabKings

Completely agree with this - I still remember turning up to Lords on Day 1 in 2014 and not being able to see the wicket it was that green. India won the Test (but lost the series) - of course playing in overseas conditions is hard, but all teams have to adjust. #INDvsENG
I have no problem at all with a pitch offering this much spin (hardly a surprise naturally). We prepare green pitches to suit our bowlers at home when deemed necessary so it’s fair game. We should be taking notes on how to excel from @ImRo45 @RishabhPant17 and @ashwinravi99

Huge turn from Axar already... I think this Test is over by tea tomorrow. Hats off to Ashwin for an incredible century, he’s somehow made batting look easy on this pitch. #INDvENG

That’s tough to see...
💔 for James Vince but Sydney Sixers thrash Perth Scorchers by 9 wickets to reach #BBL10 finals ✈️

It’s great to see Pujara finally get the recognition and praise he deserves. He’s been a rock for and a consistent run scorer for years. Although he may not be the most glamorous, his sheer mental strength and grit is truly admirable #AUSvsIND

What a win! The best Indian test victory in recent years, if not all time! #AUSvIND

This is the very embodiment of the phrase “one brings two”. Top work from Sundar and Shardul. If Australia lose another wicket here it could get exciting #brisbanetest #AUSvsIND

Who would win - this India XI of absentees and injured players, or the team currently playing? 1. Rahul 2. Dhawan / Shaw 3. Iyer 4. Kohli (C) 5. Vihari 6. Hardik 7. Saha (WK) 8. Jadeja 9. Ashwin 10. Ishant/Yadav/Shami 11. Bumrah #AUSvIND

Shane Warne seemed to challenge some of the third umpire’s front-foot no-ball calls, especially one off Marnus’ bowling. When I interviewed Ravi Shastri, here’s what he had to say about the rules change allowing the third umpire to call them: #AUSvsIND
While we wait for the rain to subside in the #ENGvPAK Test, take a look at what Ravi Shastri had to say about TV umpires calling front foot no balls and whether they should check for non strikers backing up too far...
