In Panipat's Ward-3 near Devi Mandir, a little girl slipped and fell into an open drain and started drowning. A man present at the spot immediately jumped in and saved her. The incident was caught on CCTV. Locals said similar accidents involving a woman and bike riders have happened at the same spot before.
India needs a cultural change. Indian culture is backward and irrelevant in today's day and age

Court orders Metro & Rail Services to function normally, Internet facilities must remain undisturbed as per law and free movement of people and traffic be permitted.
Court also directed take down S.163 board outside Supreme Court, so there is no apprehension with regard to access to justice.
