🎥 "A discovery of a significant uranium system with potential for scale."
#ARK CEO Rory Harding on 8 of 9 holes hitting uranium, the R069 discovery hole (41 m at 141 ppm) and a system open along strike and at depth.
Fully funded follow-up drilling is planned to begin shortly.
An internationally recognised entrepreneur and our Chairman, John Teeling has a career spanning five decades and has brought ten companies to AIM.
He shares his perspective on #ARK’s uranium discovery in Namibia and the next steps towards a maiden resource.
Width and continuity from surface matter as much as grade in Erongo’s bulk-tonnage uranium systems.
Our CEO Rory Harding explains how #ARK’s first ULG drilling results compare with established regional resources and guide the next phase of exploration.
🎥 CEO Rory Harding speaks with @StockBoxMedia about #ARK’s uranium discovery in Namibia: a 1.4 km by 600 m footprint, mineralisation reaching almost 200 m downhole and individual one-metre samples grading up to 421 ppm U₃O₈.
Fully funded follow-up drilling is planned for November.

#ARK Maiden drilling confirms uranium discovery at our ULG target in Namibia. Eight of nine holes mineralised, with mineralisation from surface and open at depth. Higher-grade sheets within thick intercepts.
Read the RNS factsheet ⬇️
#ARK: ULG #uranium discovery, 8 of 9 holes mineralised
▫️41 m at 141 ppm U3O8 to end of hole in R069
▫️Higher-grade sheets present with assays up to 421 ppm
▫️3 holes end in mineralisation, open at depth
▫️Fully funded drilling set for Nov

More:
▫️Best intercepts: 41 m at 141 ppm U3O8 from 59 m in R069, incl. 4 m at 240 ppm; 18 m at 123 ppm in R064; 10 m at 123 ppm in R066
▫️16 one-metre samples above 200 ppm, up to 421 ppm
▫️Mineralised holes span 1.4 km by 0.6 km, matching the footprint mapped at surface
▫️Grades in line with regional resources: Norasa 136 ppm, Omahola 190 ppm, Etango 225 ppm U3O8, at cut-offs of 100 ppm or lower
▫️Both of the region’s deposit styles now confirmed on Arkle’s licences
▫️At least 4 further ULG targets across the licences
▫️Drilling to test the system at depth, at closer spacing and laterally, towards a maiden resource
#ARK Following this morning’s results, the flyer below summarises our first paleochannel drilling in Namibia. Uranium intersected along 2.9 km of the Paleo East channel. This is a first pass, with ULG assays still to come.
▫️Uranium on 6 of 10 drill fences
▫️All 12 intervals start within 5 m of surface
▫️Best 6 m at 102 ppm U3O8, incl. 4 m at 136 ppm
▫️Same drainage as Orano’s Trekkopje, 10 km away, which grades about 120 ppm (340 Mt)
▫️Only 23% of the channel tested
▫️At least 3 further paleochannel targets
What comes next: infill and step-out drilling on Paleo East, and assays from our primary ULG target, due imminently.
#ARK: #uranium on 6 of 10 drill fences along 2.9 km of the Paleo East channel
▫️All within 5 m of surface
▫️Best 6 m at 102 ppm U3O8, incl. 4 m at 136 ppm
▫️Same drainage as Orano’s Trekkopje (340 Mt at ~120 ppm)
▫️Only 23% tested
Next: ULG assays due imminently
More detail:
▫️Best intervals: 6 m at 102 ppm U3O8 from surface in R057, incl. 4 m at 136 ppm; 3 m at 99 ppm in R003, incl. 1 m at 262 ppm; 5 m at 72 ppm from surface in R053
▫️Carnotite logged in 8 holes
▫️Trekkopje is 10 km away, with most of its mineralisation within 15 m of surface
▫️2.9 km tested of a 12.7 km channel, with infill and step-out drilling being planned
▫️At least 3 further paleochannel targets across the licences

#ARK Uranium Demand: >150,000 tU by 2040
Output from today's mines is expected to halve. Term price: US$96.50/lb. New mines take 10-20 years from discovery to production.
@ArkleResources: 1.5 km ULG system at surface, drilled to 188 m. Assays soon.
#ARK @StockBoxMedia CEO Rory Harding explains why this looks like the start of a Uranium discovery and how the team in Namibia is trenching, mapping and sampling to nail down continuity from the recent drill programme, while lining up new targets for the next phase of exploration
🎥We turned a prospect into a project.
#ARK CEO Rory Harding spoke with @StockBoxMedia after trenching, mapping and sampling defined a 1.5km #Uranium footprint at EPL 8995 in Namibia.
Drilling has tested the system to depth, with assays expected this month.
