Somalia has released a citizen from Ebola quarantine after two tests returned negative, including a second test confirmed by an external laboratory, the Health Ministry said. The individual had been monitored after contact with a person who died of Ebola in Kenya, completed the 21-day observation period without symptoms, and was cleared for release, the ministry noted.
