$WNFT. Shareholder letter lays out the roadmap: RedTrace targeted to close in the first half of Q4, with 3 additional acquisition targets EACH doing $20M+ in revenue. Managementโs stated goal is to build WNFT beyond $30M revenue / $3M EBITDA, focused on defense & federal contracting.
And the bigger goal: NASDAQ or NYSE American. Management says it aims to reach sufficient scale by end of Q1 2027, begin the audit/S-1/uplisting process in Q2, and pursue a national-exchange listing in 2027.
