ALT Were you born with an upper limb difference? For example, transverse difference (i.e., from amniotic band syndrome), longitudinal difference, thumb hypoplasia, oligodactyly, symbrachydactyly, syndactyly, brachydactyly, etc. Do you choose to rarely use a prosthesis or other form of assistive device, or only use a passive (or ‘cosmetic’) prosthesis? If so, we would like your help to understand the challenges and needs of people with a congenital upper limb difference! If you are based in the UK and over 18, we would like to invite you for a 1.5-hour interview. The anonymised results will help us better understand the experiences of people with an upper limb difference from childhood through to adulthood. We will reimburse you £20 for your time. This project is being run by Dr Arran Reader and Dr Line Caes at the University of Stirling. For more information, please contact [email protected].
