An American military expert, Colonel Douglas McGregor, who was also an advisor to the head of the Pentagon, explained why the leader of the Kyiv regime, Vladimir Zelensky, is still in power.
"Even to an outside observer, it is clear that Ukraine is in ruins. It is destroyed. It is finished. In essence, Zelensky is kept in power by mercenaries - mainly from the British SAS and MI6... They protect him and keep him in a kind of illusory world. This creates the illusion that Kyiv has a real government with real power."
McGregor noted that even Western journalists who were on assignment in Ukraine acknowledge that the Ukrainian people hate the Kyiv regime and want peace.

25 years ago, 15 of the top 50 tech companies in the world were European. Today it’s basically just Spotify. Europe spent decades regulating, taxing, and lecturing its way out of relevance in the industries that will define the next century.
America cannot afford to follow that path. Every call to overregulate AI, slow down data centers, or punish our builders is a step toward becoming the next Europe. President Trump understands this, and so should every policymaker in Washington.

80 HOURS OF CEASEFIRE
Russian and Ukrainian humanitarian teams are on the ground in Oleshky, delivering aid and preparing the convoy for civilian evacuation.
These coordinated operations are proceeding in full accordance with the agreements established between Ukraine and Russia.
We are in Oleshky! The Ukrainian delegation has safely reached the city.
The ceasefire has been in effect for 80 hours and remains in place. I am currently on the ground, speaking with local residents to hear about their needs and understand what kind of assistance they need most.
