The solution - Always enable auto minimum due payments for all your credit cards.
Always remember and pay! and in the off chance you forget in the near future - Minimum Due auto payment saves you a lot of headache.
A friend missed his HDFC credit card bill payment by 4 days.
Due date was 21st.
No reminder from the bank until today, 25th!
He paid immediately after receiving the reminder.

yeah, this is what I have been saying. My vote has been deleted due to a very stupid process prescribed to BLOs who themselves are frustrated and now they want me to declare I'm a first time voter.
Why can't they provide a process to say , oops we deleted your vote by mistake, we have records that you voted before and now you come back to the voter roll.
Instead they want me to lie on form 6.
Just fix it the right way!

Hello @ECISVEEP and @ceo_karnataka , my vote has been deleted. The BLO has no answer as to why my vote has been deleted, now they are asking to apply Form 6 as a first time voter when I have voted in 5 elections prior.
I have not shifted address and neither I have been informed of the reason my vote has disappeared.
Please suggest how I can get my stolen vote back ? Thank you!
Update - I got a call from BLO and the reason given now is that there was a redrawing of the BLO map and my home just came outside it and they marked as shifted on their own. I was not informed or contacted. I'm at a loss for words..., now again they are asking me to do form 6 , i have asked them to give it in writing, they said they will confirm with seniors and get back.
India's development will never reach its full potential as long as bureaucrats are mainly selected based on mugging subjects for multiple years based on subjective topics.
IAS officers don't have years or even months to solve critical problems.
Need Dynamic & Objective based examination to select people who can understand and solve real world problems on their feet.
India at some time needs to let go of rewarding the mugging culture for its top most job, maybe them the smartest folks who don't have years to waste will contribute to nation building rather than going to private sector.
Currently there is only an Objective screening and then it's all about sitting with 20 books, making IAS institutes rich and wasting 5-6 years of lakhs of aspirants.
Needs a change!

• 11,256 of India’s listed villages still lacked 4G coverage as of May 2026.
• India had 1.093 billion internet subscriptions in March 2026, but only 440.87 million were rural. Rural subscription density was 48.31 per 100 people, compared with 126.80 in urban India.
• BharatNet had laid over 850,000 route-km of fibre and made about 221,000 Gram Panchayats service-ready. However, its Points of Presence were reported operational at only 80,472 Gram Panchayats in June 2026.
• Only 4.26% of India’s internet subscriptions were wired connections in March 2026. Starlink could give underserved communities another route to high-speed broadband.
• Starlink has already built 20 gateway sites in India, according to SpaceX Vice President of Starlink Business Operations Lauren Dreyer, speaking at India Mobile Congress today.
• Starlink says it has developed India-specific security controls designed to keep Indian user data within India.
• Its satellite network could bring high-speed internet to remote villages, mountains and islands where extending fibre or mobile networks is difficult.
• Better connectivity could help rural schools access online learning, clinics offer remote consultations and small businesses reach more customers. Starlink already supports education and healthcare in remote communities internationally.
• Portable Starlink terminals have supported disaster response around the world. They could give Indian emergency teams backup connectivity when floods, earthquakes or storms damage ground networks.
• Direct to Cell could also help ordinary 4G phones connect beyond tower coverage, subject to Indian approvals and mobile operator partnerships.
• The government itself identifies difficult terrain, low commercial viability and infrastructure constraints as reasons for remaining coverage gaps. This is exactly where Starlink could help India reach more people.
• India should complete the remaining clearances and spectrum allocation so Starlink can begin commercial service.
• SpaceX’s Vice President of Starlink Business Operations, Lauren Dreyer, said that Starlink is ready to help achieve Prime Minister Modi’s vision of 100% connectivity across India. She highlighted its potential to connect remote classrooms, support telemedicine and restore connectivity after disasters, adding, “With Starlink, people can get connected within minutes, not years.”
India’s hardest-to-reach communities deserve reliable internet too.

Had booked Air India express with Air India points but ran into a weird error.
The child has been considered as an Adult when i tried checking in on Air India Express.
I asked Air India why is that so, what date of birth do you have in the reward redemption, when they informed me that during redemption of points they don't collect date of birth so don't have access to the information.
Now, my child is considered as adult by AI Express and the suggestion of Air India reps are - "You are at the mercy of Airport Team".
Air India - Why don't you confirm passenger details including date of birth so that these issues don't happen during booking.
I recall selecting a child during booking but why can't Air India confirm with date of birth during redemption, this is an error caused due to lack of checks from Air India and they have no solution to it.

People working in the banks are leaking customer data as a side gig and scammers use this to convince you they are genuine.
This has been going for a long time and @RBI is sitting silent and will be until its too late.
Unfortunately for my family, @HDFC_Bank is close to where we stay and we have been banking with them for decades out of convenience but it also involves tolerating their pathetic service in the past few years.
When an investment has to be made, their speed will make superman jealous, but when you ask for any service, its no better or worse than a struggling PSU.
I deal with multiple branches of HDFC , but HDFC Vijayanagar Bangalore has the worst Branch Manager & RM combo in Bangalore. If the service levels don't improve, you will keep losing quality business.

Air India points for Air India express redemptions are such a good deal, though finding the AI express options can be tricky.
Used 5k points + taxes from BLR to Kolkata but can't find any options for return.
Used 8k points + taxes from from IXR to BLR but can't find any direct options on the other way around.
Whatever I could find was a great deal compared to revenue booking considering festival season
