Japanese stadium staff are giving fans entering the ground templates explaining the basic rules of cricket. They explain things like how a batter can get out, what a six is, how a run-out works, what stumping means, and other basic rules of the game. For fans who are watching cricket for the first time or don’t fully understand the sport, this is actually a great idea. They can read the rules and understand what’s happening on the field while watching the match. This is a good idea, it is easier for new fans to understand.
