The HZ-1 Aerocycle, was a one-man "personal helicopter" developed in the mid-1950s.
It was expected to become a standard reconnaissance machine with the US Army, but the project was abandoned after two crashes.

Why do UFO discs wobble?
When caught on video, it's usually one of two reasons.
1) It's a balloon, balloons sometimes wobble in the wind.
2) It's a model, supported by only one string, making it unstable.
Occasionally it's focus seeking, or atmospheric distortion.
Maybe novel propulsion, but that's not actually supported by evidence.

Some people are saying this is evidence that Kirkpatrick lied. But Kirkpatrick does not deny there was a meeting, he just disagrees with the description of the meeting. He explains it here:

The real issue is why there was a briefing involving Skinwalker Ranch in the first place.

When a camera shakes (top left), everything in the scene should move the same amount. If, like in the MH370 hoax (bottom left), contrails don't shake the same as the plane, then you know it's a fake video.
There's lots more, but that's all you need.

The "Kona Blue" documents show an attempt to set up a program to study UFOs, and a befuddled Pentagon trying to figure out what these people are talking about.

This sums up the current state of UFOlogy. A person with what seems like relevant experience and access claims to know that aliens are visiting us.
But the only evidence he has is people like him telling him things.
Then he tells other people.
It's a circular echo chamber.
Tim Gallaudet, via Chris Sharp at Liberation Times: “I do know from the people I trust, who have had access to some of these programs, that there are different types of non-human intelligence visiting us whose intentions we do not know.”
Dean, Corso, Stone, Elizondo, Grusch & even the MJ12 docs… and more- have all been telling us the same. No coincidences.

This weird wave height anomaly is unlikely to indicate underwater non-human entities.
It's centered exactly about 0° longitude and symmetrical about that line of longitude. That strongly suggests it's an error in the model's handling of the sign change.

The proposition that an aerospace contractor could build something that another aerospace contractor could not recognize as Earth technology is foolish.
Congressman Eric Burlison (R-MO) thinks it's a "likely scenario" that the military is accidentally reverse-engineering their own top secret experimental craft.
UFO "whistleblower" David Grusch claimed the military has recovered crashed alien spacecraft and is reverse-engineering it.
But Rep. Burlison says aliens are "the least likely scenario" and what makes most sense is:
"where one military project is working on one particular type of experiment and it crashes. And they're working with one contractor. And then another agency of the military is working with a different contractor. And then you can keep going and keep going. And now, if something crashes, they're all kind of wondering what are these objects. And so what concerns me, in my view, is a scenario where we're paying our military contractors to reverse engineer each other's programs. And so that is probably a very likely scenario."
