We need to change the conversation from "How do women protect themselves?" to "HOW DO WE RAISE MEN WHO WON'T ABUSE WOMEN?" #NoMore

Also applies if you're an independent or a Republican who realizes that these gas prices wouldn't be what they are if the current people weren't in power, vote! #ncpol
Please, please, if you’re a Democrat who hasn’t voted and is thinking of staying home on Tuesday because you think we have enough votes, we don’t ! Your vote is so critical, do whatever you can to get out and vote. Every last one of us are needed 🙏🙏 Please pass this on.

The red pill/manosphere cult is ruining men. Pay attention to what he’s saying because he’s 💯 correct.

Patrick Stewart, who died today at 86, became Professor X and Captain Picard. As a boy, he watched his father beat his mother, and heard the doctors who came to help tell her it was her own fault. In the video below, a woman thanks him for helping her survive her own abuse, and his answer brings the whole room to its feet. He grew up in a poor mill town in England. His father came home from World War II a different man and turned his violence on Patrick's mother. Every time the doctors and ambulance men came, they told her she must have provoked him, that it takes two to make an argument. Decades later, Stewart learned from his father's war records that he had been suffering from severe shell shock that was never treated. So he spent the rest of his life working for two charities: one for abused women, in his mother's name, and one for traumatized soldiers, in his father's. He could have spent his life hating his father. Instead, he spent it helping others. Is that the kind of legacy that matters more than fame?

So if money and capitalism don't exist in the Star Trek future, why does Picard live on his family's vineyard in a huge chateau, while Raffi lives in a trailer (assuming it's not what she prefers because she calls it a "hovel")? 🤔

They really played the wrong Trek theme 🤦🏾

Patrick Stewart once found himself joking with Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr about being three knights at the same table. No grand speech, no performance. Just a moment of shared laughter. A long career leaves behind more than great roles. It leaves moments people remember.
This is just Emrata letting Conan accuse her of flirting, acting completely innocent, then gently roasting him for getting flustered. She was in control the entire time.

We've lost a great one. RIP Captain. 💔🖖🏾
[Violence against women is the] "single greatest human rights violation of our generation." "I do what I do in my mother's name, because I couldn't help her then. Now I can." -Sir Patrick Stewart

Do NOT trust the polls. A blue wave won't happen unless you personally make it happen. Vote and encourage everyone you know to vote.

Shout out to all the marginalized folks whose freedom to simply live their lives has been turned into a political football by assholes and whatnot.

During the January 6th attack on the nation's Capitol, Daniel Rodriguez drove a stun gun into the neck of Officer Mike Fanone. He was knocked unconscious, had a heart attack and suffered a traumatic brain injury. It ended his career. Rodriguez got over 12 years in prison for his assault on police. On day one, Donald Trump gave him a "full, complete and unconditional pardon" and sent him home. This is far and away the most corrupt White House in American history.

Hey y'all, I need the Internet to do it's thing. Trying to identify the make and model of this dark blue SUV as it's the car that blew through a stop sign, ran over my dog, and didn't even pause.
