So the follow-up Dr visit went good but my blood pressure was a little high because of nervous snacking last night, last time it was perfect because I wasn't snacking at all or eating after 8pm, cholesterol is at 106 down 3 points and he wants it at 100 or under.....
Hope you all had a safe and Spooky Halloween, if you partied I hope you didn't go too hard and made it home safe, if you took the little ones trick r treating I hope they got tons of the best candy, and thank you to whoever it was that brought a book last night

Heard meowing earlier and grabbed a flashlight, there was a tiny Calico kitten on the side of the road, it was very skittish but I was able to get ahold of it and took it home, she has food and milk in a cat carrier, sent mom pictures so she could post on Facebook.....
Well here's some good news from today, I was able to finish chapter 16 of the Dark Fantasy, I haven't started on 17 yet but I will soon
Fasting tonight after 8pm for my blood draw tomorrow for follow up lab work, after losing so much weight it's time to see if I can come off some of my meds
For most of the day I've found myself thinking back on past events wondering what I should have done differently or times when I really should have said something but just didn't
Wrote a really good chunk of chapter 16, getting close to adding in a section I wrote months ago to this chapter, depending I might be very close to the start of chapter 17
