Wow so in 24h PHP and Railway were compromised. This is why I try to have as few external services / dependencies as possible. Bringing my Railway automations in-house. Bye bye Railway.

No one making a micro-tool for a narrow use case is going to make it. At the speed AI ships, your business will become a competitor’s feature.

Currently reading NOT BUSINESS ADVICE by @alexwestco On book 10 and loving it so far. It's especially fascinating because Cyberleads was part of the journey that lead to @orbisearch. I can't remember the exact order of events, but I know @iamfra5er inspired me to create a Data SaaS, and @alexwestco inspired me to create a website called RocketCos (basically a knock-off of Cyberleads - sorry Alex!). As happened with Alex, people were asking if I could send the emails for them - so I launched an outreach agency called @altbound_ . Running an agency was a quick way to make money, but I didn't enjoy it. I discovered I DID enjoy building & marketing a SaaS, so that's what I ended up doing. OrbiSearch was born! And I haven't looked back since. Funny how things pan out.

Vibe coding is just AI doing what AI does. AI amplifies people's ability. If you're crap at product decisions, engineering, and design, it'll help you ship crappy products quicker! If you're great at thinking like an engineer, have great taste and know what to build, it'll help you ship stuff people will buy quicker. Skill issue. xitter.cf/i/trending/21002658907…

I get Grok @bot to manage my email
There is no reason NOT to have every single email you get routed through an agent / LLM / API to be scored and approved or rejected And then the approved emails ordered by importance It's crazy this isn't a feature of Gmail, Fastmail etc AI could permanently fix email!

You can use Grok Bot, Claude Code, or your coding agent of choice to interact through MCP with LinkedIn! You've gotta be a little bit careful doing this though, because LinkedIn has limits on the actions you can take each day, and also it's quite difficult to automate anything on LinkedIn because they block pretty much everything. Luckily for you, I've put everything in a Notion guide, so if you want me to send exactly how to do this and do it safely without getting blocked or restricted, comment "bot" below and I'll send it across!

I tested every major email validator with the same 2,451-email list. Most are leaving 30-50% of your B2B prospects on the table. Here's the data 🧵

Most validators check if a domain is catch-all, then give up. OrbiSearch uses dual-layer verification to check if the specific mailbox actually exists. Result: instant validation with zero false positives.

I built OrbiSearch because I needed this for my own cold email campaigns. 100 free credits to test it yourself (no CC required). Run your own comparison: orbisearch .com What's your experience with catch-all validation?

Confession: I built @orbisearch, launched a marketing site, and immediately realized I couldn't use it for my own campaigns. When I tested it against MillionVerifier, ZeroBounce, Neverbounce it lost every time. I had built a shitty email validator with a confusing "lookup tool coming soon" message. (The lookup tool is still coming, btw. This validator is the foundation.) So I went silent and rebuilt it properly. 2 months later: @orbisearch now has market-leading catch-all resolution. Instant, accurate, zero false positives, more affordable. I switched all @altbound_ campaigns to it. You can't fake using your own tool. Either it works or it doesn't.

A or B? It's not as clean but my instinct says A will convert better.

the older i get the more i believe success is mostly about playing the right game if you're reasonably smart, focused and have good habits, focus on playing the right game before anything else in practice for me this means don't swim against the tide - pick an industry that's growing (sales tech), sell a product that is high ticket and sticky (B2B data), and only focus on high-leverage activities (build once, sell forever; focus on compounding one-to-many marketing channels; try to avoid anything repetitive that doesn't compound/last).

if you want to make good money quickly, sell a service if you want to build generational wealth slowly, sell software
