LOL 😂
Me: I'll fix this bug in 5 minutes.
Also me, 3 hours later: The bug was one missing semicolon.

Most people see AI as a simple conversation.
You type a prompt, get an answer, and move on.
But have you ever stopped to think about what happens behind that response?
There’s a model that needs to run, GPU power doing the heavy lifting, and infrastructure responsible for processing your request and returning an answer.
That’s the part of AI I wanted to highlight in this video about @Keryx_Labs .
Keryx is exploring how AI inference can work within blockchain infrastructure, and a few things about the approach caught my attention.
>Encrypted inference: AI requests can contain sensitive information. Keryx is working on protecting prompts and responses through encryption, so the readable conversation isn't simply exposed on-chain. That doesn't mean every piece of transaction metadata is private, but it's an important distinction when discussing privacy.
> Proof-of-Model: Instead of simply taking a miner's word for which model it holds, the idea is to provide a way to verify model possession. That's different from proving that every answer the model generates is correct.
> Miner accountability: Service-bond mechanisms are designed to give miners an incentive to fulfill their responsibilities instead of accepting requests and failing to serve them.
These are important challenges when you're trying to connect AI computation with decentralized infrastructure. Having GPUs is one thing. Building a system around privacy, verification, and reliable service is another.
Of course, the real test is how these mechanisms perform as the network develops. There’s still a lot to prove, and I think that’s exactly why it's worth paying attention to the technical details rather than just the narrative.
I made this video to help explain what happens behind the AI response and what @Keryx_Labs is trying to build.
AI is more than the answer you see. The infrastructure behind it matters too.
Still early. Still watching the progress.

Decentralized AI needs more than GPUs. It needs verification and accountability.
That’s what interests me about @Keryx_Labs .
Proof-of-Model helps verify model possession, while service bonds encourage miners to fulfill requests.
Still a lot to prove as the network grows.

What stops a crypto miner from taking your reward and ghosting your AI request?
@Keryx_Labs uses Reliability Bonds. Miners must lock up collateral. If they fail to answer requests accurately or go offline, they lose their funds.
Real accountability on-chain.

AI shouldn't just give answers. It should prove the work behind them.

Imagine if AI computation could be verified instead of blindly trusted?
@Keryx_Labs bringing verifiability to decentralized AI, Keryx is working toward a future where computational work can be proven, not merely claimed.
In decentralized AI, trust should come with evidence.

An autonomous agent is only as reliable as the inference service guiding its next decision.
If inference can be manipulated or compromised, execution becomes a liability, no matter how well the agent is built.
If that intelligence depends on an off-chain API, the agent inherits an external dependency that can introduce access restrictions, black-box decision-making and censorship risks, even when its transactions execute on-chain.
The architecture changes the trust assumptions:
Off-chain API → External control over inference → Agent autonomy remains conditional.
On-chain inference → Trustless execution + native composability + censorship resistance.
@Keryx_Labs is tackling this at the inference layer.
The objective is not simply to put AI transactions on-chain, but to bring inference itself into the on-chain environment.
That distinction matters because an agent cannot be more autonomous than the infrastructure it depends on.
With $KRX, the chain becomes the oracle. 🔥
On-chain inference is a key part of what makes Keryx different.
If the agent still depends on an external API for its intelligence,
that dependency remains a point of failure, even when execution happens on-chain.
$KRX is tackling that gap at the inference layer.

Here's a distinction in decentralized AI that I think deserves more attention.
Proving a miner holds an AI model is one challenge.
Proving that a specific response actually came from that model is another.
That's the difference between Proof-of-Model and verifiable inference.
@Keryx_Labs uses Proof-of-Model to tie mining to the model weights a miner holds, rather than relying on a simple claim of ownership.
But that alone doesn't prove how a particular answer was generated.
Verifiable inference aims to address that next challenge, and Keryx lists it as work in progress.
It's an important step toward making decentralized AI more accountable.
The interesting part isn't just getting an answer. It's understanding what the network can actually prove about it.
Still watching how @Keryx_Labs develops.
One thing worth understanding about encrypted AI is that private doesn't necessarily mean invisible.
@Keryx_Labs says prompts and responses are encrypted on-chain, so their plaintext isn't exposed on the public chain.
But not everything is hidden.
Details like the model being requested, fees, and responding miners remain public, according to its documentation.
That distinction matters because protecting what you say is different from hiding the fact that a transaction happened.
For me, the interesting question is how decentralized AI can balance privacy, transparency, and accountability without compromising one for the other.
There's more to encrypted inference than just keeping a prompt secret.
Still exploring.
