Autonomous delivery is expanding.
Avride and Wonder are bringing robot delivery to more Grubhub merchants across Jersey City, Hoboken, Arlington County, and Philadelphia, building on a successful Jersey City pilot.
More cities. More merchants. Autonomous delivery at scale.
This past weekend, great minds gathered at our Austin Engineering Center for Avride Shop Talks: Physical AI Edition!
We had an amazing time hosting guest speaker Boris Yangel (Head of AI at Humanoid), alongside our own Roman Nefedov (Head of Robot Delivery), who broke down the surprising edge cases autonomous robots face in the real world.
Guests also got an exclusive, under-the-hood look at Avride's autonomous cars and delivery robots right in our center. Thanks to everyone who came out — we have plenty more events like this coming up soon, so keep an eye out!
Avride + Sodexo Campus: a faster path to robot delivery.
Sodexo works with ~425 U.S. institutions. Our agreement helps participating campuses launch from interest to implementation in weeks instead of months.
Campus dining expertise. Meet autonomous delivery.
How do you scale to 6,000 deliveries a day?
Reliable autonomous tech + smart deployment + relentless operational focus.
Watch one Avride robot handle 28 deliveries in a day at @OhioState like clockwork.
Avride is expanding autonomous campus delivery to 25+ U.S. universities September:
• 1,000+ Robots: Doubling active fleet of delivery pros.
• 4.5x Reach: Scaling access from 36K to 610K+ students.
• Plug & Play: Partnering w/top 3 dining services for seamless rollout.
New campus, same mission: making campus dining effortless. 🚀
We’re gearing up for launch at @TowsonU ! Here is what the university had to say about the rollout:
"Campus delivery just got an upgrade✨ Meet our newest fleet of robots designed to deliver more, move faster, and make every order smoother from start to finish!"
Proud to support Towson students and staff alongside @Grubhub See you on the sidewalks soon, Tigers!
What do Avride's sidewalk delivery robots and full-sized robotaxis actually have in common? A lot more than you’d think.
In less than two years, Nathaniel Falls went from servicing campus delivery robots as a Field Technician to leading technician operations for both robotaxis and delivery robots in Dallas. His biggest takeaway? Managing sidewalk robots is actually the ultimate preparation for scaling autonomous cars.
"When I started working with cars, everything clicked. In a way, our delivery robots are like the younger siblings of our autonomous vehicles, inheriting high-level capabilities directly from the cars."

We're partnering with @ChartwellsHE to bring Avride's autonomous robot delivery to more college and university campuses across the U.S.
Together, we're making it easier for participating campuses to offer convenient, reliable food delivery while enhancing the student dining experience.
Avride is heading to @bgsu! 🎓
Campus delivery is getting an upgrade! Soon, Bowling Green State University students, faculty, and staff will get their favorite meals delivered fast and autonomously by Avride robots via @Grubhub.
Here’s what Jon Zachrich, Director of Marketing, Communications, and Technology for BGSU Dining, had to say:
"This is a major improvement to a service that a lot of students and faculty really enjoyed. Avride’s business model, their design and their integration with Grubhub provide a better system for both BGSU Dining and the people who are using the robots. Avride was originally based on autonomous driving, so they were able to take a lot of that technology and create really safe robots. It’s a better technology robot, which we’re excited about."
Get ready, Falcons!
True safety in the AV industry requires absolute engineering discipline. In our #MeetTheTeam premier, Avride’s Head of Safety Satvir Singh discusses the frameworks that enable our team to resolve complex technical challenges and eliminate unknowns on the road.
"We don’t operate on assumptions or guesses. We make a distinct safety Claim, defend it with a logical Argument, and back it up with undeniable, data-driven Evidence."

Can a delivery robot tell a police officer walking home from one securing a crime scene? Or a normal sidewalk from wet cement?
Onboard networks excel at object detection, but for holistic scene understanding, Avride uses cloud VLMs. Read how via @therobotreport: therobotreport.com/?p=588653
City #5 is officially live! Avride is expanding its partnership with @UberEats to launch autonomous robot delivery in Arlington, Virginia (Rosslyn-Ballston corridor).
Joining Austin, Dallas, Jersey City, and Philly as we continue scaling autonomous tech across dense U.S. communities.
