When Obama was casting his ballot for the 2014 midterms, a man jokingly told the president not to touch his girlfriend, who was voting next to him. Obama then casually roasted the man until he finished voting.😂

Dwyane Wade gets real HONEST about Bam Adebayo and the Miami Heat 👀
“He gotta be the number 1 option with the 2nd unit guys. Point blank period. You can’t be a role player with the role players. — The shooters are struggling… but here’s why they’re struggling some. There’s no rhythm, flow to the game. — You’d expect them to be a real good defensive team. The big 3 we were 9-8 but our defense was at least our calling card. — They have nothing to hang their hat on right now. — They’re not a team yet. Bunch of individual guys that haven’t had uncomfortable conversations yet. They’re great guys individually but you have to get to some uncomfortable sh*t”

Dwyane Wade speaks on Bam Adebayo’s slow start:
“The struggles are there. You can’t run away from the struggle… Bam’s become really good in the middle of the floor… he didn’t get one P&R. Bam gets P&R lobs. There’s none of that for bam. There was no getting in the mid post area and going to work. — Bam, you can’t be pushed to the corner. You can’t be pushed out of the offense. Your defensive game goes as your offensive game goes. You got to touch that ball.”

Nelly was PISSED when he heard the "Country Grammar" radio edit for the first time, but when his A&R explained that the edit was better than muting his original lyrics, he fell back, and it was still a hit that fans of all ages can sing 😂
"I never heard the 'Boom, boom, uhh, uhh.' The label did that, and boy, I was hot as fish grease. I said, 'Oh, they trying to ruin me.' ... what the f**k is that?"

People don’t appreciate honesty the way they think they do. They only like when the truth benefits their narrative.

If your mom dies with a 2.6% mortgage, her bank can tell you to refinance at 7.1% or lose the house
My friend heard that 3 weeks after the funeral. Loan officer said "sorry for her loss" and asked for 2 years of W-2s
She'd spent those 2 years out of work taking care of her sick mom
Her credit score had dropped to 590 by then. 2 other banks denied her, and she got 60 days
So she called me, because I'm known for buying inherited houses.
The house was worth $330,000, with $265,000 left on the loan. I offered $285,000. She'd have walked away with about $20,000 and no house, and I'd have made about $40,000
Then I asked her to read me what the bank said, and I took my offer back
Her mom's payment was $1,201. The new one would've been $1,781. That's $174,000 more over the next 25 years, for the same house
Since 1982, federal law has protected transfers of homes to relatives after the owner's death. The bank can't call the mortgage due just because the house was inherited
And since 2018, federal rules have required mortgage servicers to treat confirmed successors in interest like borrowers for servicing purposes
She didn't need to qualify for a new mortgage just to keep paying the existing one. No new loan, no new interest rate, no 2 years of W-2s
Same rate. Same payment.
We asked for the successor in interest department, not the refinance desk, and sent this certified mail with the death certificate and the deed:
"My mother, [name], died on [date]. I inherited her house at [address] and I live there. I am a successor in interest under 12 CFR 1024.31. Please tell me in writing what else you need to confirm me. I am not applying for a new loan"
5 weeks later her name was on the account at 2.6%
You have to prove you're a qualifying successor, and you have to keep making the mortgage payments while they process it. The bank can ask for proof of inheritance. It can't automatically force you to refinance just because your mom died
Send this to your siblings before one of you has to make that phone call
That loan officer is telling somebody else's kid the same thing today

Protect Ya Neck: The Night Neckbone Beat the Shit Out of RZA & Snatched His Chain at Club 662 for Talkin’ Reckless. 2Pac Personally Returned the Chain to RZA.
RZA from Wu-Tang tried to get in Club 662 when he was informed the spot is packed to capacity.
He starts hollering, screaming, and talking crazy. Neckbone is working security for the club that night and RZA spins on him. Neckbone doesn’t say much and proceeds to give RZA an M.O.B beatdown.
Reggie Wright Jr. breaks it down further: RZA got mouthy outside with the OFTB/Piru-affiliated guys. They whooped him while he was outnumbered and Neckbone snatched his chain in the process.
RZA ends up outside yelling “They got my chain, they got my chain.”
Neckbone (Mob Piru) confirms the chain was taken and is sure he eventually got it back. Reggie Wright Jr. confirms Pac and Suge stepped in on the return.
Word gets to 2Pac and Suge. They recover the chain and make sure it gets returned to RZA personally. They even tell him if he wants a fair one-on-one they’ll allow it. RZA just wanted his chain back and let the issue go.
Multiple people from that night like Napoleon and U-God say the same beatdown and chain snatching.
RZA learned not to talk that slick around the Piru at Club 662, Makaveli flexed his authority within the Piru and made sure the chain came back home to the Wu.
