🌄 Press Release: Aztec Minerals Expands Tombstone Mineralization with First-Ever North Extension Drilling
Drill results from the newly acquired North Extension Zone at Tombstone confirm the extension of oxide gold-silver mineralization.
Highlights:
🔸 88.4m averaging 1.69 g/t AuEq from 10.7m in the first North Extension step-out hole
🔸 97.5m averaging 1.36 g/t AuEq from surface in the Contention Zone
The North Extension drilling confirms oxide gold-silver mineralization on ground never before drilled by Aztec, with the system remaining open to the north and at depth. Assays are still pending from 11 additional step-out holes, including the most northerly drilling completed to date.

🌄 Press Release: Aztec Minerals Extends Tombstone Gold-Silver Mineralization 190 Metres West of North Extension
New results from nine reverse circulation drill holes at Tombstone continue to expand the oxide gold-silver mineralized footprint, with all nine holes intersecting mineralization.
Highlights:
🔸 115.8m averaging 0.67 g/t AuEq from 51.8m in TR26-45
🔸 30.5m averaging 1.15 g/t AuEq from 82.3m in TR26-49
🔸 7.6m averaging 2.49 g/t AuEq from 12.2m in TR26-51
Six step-out holes have extended the known oxide footprint approximately 190 metres west of the North Extension, with mineralization remaining open to the west, north and at depth.
Assays are pending from 22 additional holes, while Aztec's maiden mineral resource estimate, incorporating results through TR26-44, is expected in November 2026.

Cervantes remains an important part of Aztec's growth strategy.
The project hosts a large, near-surface porphyry gold system where drilling has outlined widespread oxide gold mineralization. Multiple targets remain open, providing opportunities for continued expansion across the district.

Tombstone offers more than one avenue for discovery. Exploration is focused on expanding the shallow oxide gold-silver system while also evaluating deeper CRD-style targets that have been supported by historic drilling and recent geophysical surveys.

A maiden mineral resource estimate is the next major milestone at Tombstone.
More than 25,000 metres of drilling across 130+ holes has outlined a broad near-surface gold-silver system around the historic Contention Pit.
Current drilling is focused on supporting a planned 2026 MRE.

A few months ago, Aztec had barely begun testing the North Extension. Now, it’s adding meaningful scale to Tombstone. ⛏️
In a new interview with @TheKEReport CEO Simon Dyakowski breaks down the latest step-out results, which added approximately 255 metres of continuous mineralization and extended the system to more than 1,250 metres along strike.

How far does Tombstone continue to the north?
Aztec’s latest drilling added another 255 metres to the strike length of the Contention system, but the northern extent of the mineralization has yet to be defined.
Drilling is already moving beyond the holes reported in this latest batch.
Results are still pending from nine completed holes, including TR26-52 and TR26-53, which were collared farther north as Aztec continues testing the extension of the system.

There’s Still Gold in Tombstone: Aztec Minerals Revives A Legendary American Gold & Silver Mine youtu.be/jqYsjJ5lXko?si=pOuE…
Few places in America carry a name as instantly recognizable as Tombstone, Arizona.
This is the town of Wyatt Earp, Doc Holliday and the Gunfight at the O.K. Corral—a place where the mythology of the American West was written in gunpowder, silver and gold. But long before the Hollywood movies and the tourists, mining was the reason this town existed at all. The gold and silver pulled from these hills created fortunes, attracted thousands of prospectors and entrepreneurs, and helped transform a remote patch of the Arizona desert into one of the most famous boomtowns of the Wild West.
More than a century later, the old mining district is stirring again.
Published on behalf of Aztec Minerals Corp.
Today, @AztecMinerals is working hard to write the next chapter of the Tombstone story, using modern exploration techniques to search around, beneath and beyond the historic workings for mineralization the old-timers either couldn't see or couldn't economically reach. What was once viewed primarily as a collection of historic high-grade silver mines is increasingly revealing the potential for a much larger gold-silver mineralized system.
This is the story of Tombstone—not simply as a relic of America's mining past, but as a great American mining district that is coming back to life.
