CNN: Our reporting is that he disinvited her from the campaign event. Dingell: No, I'm the one. I am the one that talked to Haley. And I am the one that said this isn't working.

Q: Do you believe Haley Stevens is hurting the ticket? El-Sayed: I have much respect to the congresswoman. We had a hard fought primary. That primary ended in August. I'm focused now on beating Mike Rogers. I hope that every Democrat, frankly, I hope that everybody who's worried about the state of our democracy, worried about the ability to afford gas and groceries, worried about ending illegal wars or ending tariff wars is with me in that fight.

El-Sayed: You guys love to play the condemn game. I've already been clear that that ad was not made by me, and I do not agree with the contents of that ad. Please ask me questions that are relevant to the voters of the state of Michigan. I'm running to win an election in Michigan.  Most people don't care about this like intrigue stuff that you all love to carry. It is not of concern to the vast majority of Michiganders. People here are struggling to afford their gas. They're struggling to afford their groceries. They're struggling to see a doctor. They really could care less about all this stuff that you all push for clicks

Talarico: They are spending more than $300 million to try to stop us. That is the most of any senate race in American history. And more is on the way. They are scared. They are terrified. They see what we see -- that we are about to win this election.
