- 30/33 push (debunked) anti-vaccine themes.
- The few that aren't about vaccines push related noise.

If one considers disciplinary coverage as the sole criterion, medical researchers would prefer:
- @epistemonikos, CINAHL, @embase, Nursing & Allied Health Database over @PubMed or Medline, if they wanted specialized
- Google Scholar or @BASEsearch for comprehensive
