Following my session on Day 2, I was glad to meet Jason Liu, CEO of @WoodMackenzie; Meg O'Neill, CEO of @bp_plc; and my former colleague at Shell, Graham Henley, CEO of Intl. Association of Oil and Gas Producers @IOGP_News, alongside other global leaders and CEOs. These were not typical meetings because they did not end at the handshake. I said yesterday that today would be the bigger day. It was. 🔥 At #ADIPEC2026, I spoke on "Nigeria's Reform Agenda: Competing for Energy Capital" with John Defterios. My message: our reforms are delivering, and we are moving at pace. Crude output is up from 1.2M to 1.8M bpd. 2M bpd by 2027 is our next target. But the fundamentals of this industry have not changed. What has changed is the pace and discipline of delivery: subsidy removal with 400+ CNG conversion centres, OB3 completed, AKK gas to Abuja before year-end, 10 Bcf/d by 2027 and 12 Bcf/d by 2030, and ~$20B in commercial agreements concluded. This evening, I presented the NNPC Limited 2025 Annual Financial Report to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, at the State House. The report reflects a year of disciplined delivery: revenue of ₦34.5 trillion, Profit After Tax of ₦7.2 trillion (up 33%), and a ₦5.8 trillion dividend. Presenting this report is more than a statutory obligation. It is an account of stewardship to the President and to the Nigerian people, whose resources we are entrusted to manage. The FY2025 Annual Financial Report is now available to the public. I thank Mr President for his continued support of NNPC Limited and for the confidence placed in our team.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐚𝐱 𝐮𝐩 𝟑𝟑%. 𝐍𝐍𝐏𝐂 𝐋𝐭𝐝'𝐬 𝐅𝐘𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬. 📌 2025 tested the resilience of the entire energy sector. NNPC Limited responded with focus, discipline, and delivery. We closed the year with a Profit After Tax of ₦7.2tn, up 33%, on revenue of ₦34.5tn, with EPS up 32% to ₦35.90. Revenue softened by 24%, reflecting lower crude oil prices and reduced white product volumes after petrol price deregulation in October 2024 removed our bulk-breaking role. Even so, remittances to government continued to rise, a clear demonstration of the value we continue to create for the nation. Operational strength held firm too: EBITDA up 22% to ₦18.0tn, operating cash flow up 16% to ₦12.8tn. Beyond the numbers: converting Nigeria's hydrocarbon wealth into electricity, industry, jobs, and fiscal stability. Building a stronger energy future for Nigeria and beyond. At Gastech 2026 in Bangkok, NNPC Ltd is setting out the path to a global gas hub. As echoed by our EVP, Gas, Power & New Energy, Olalekan Ogunleye, our strategy is anchored on the Petroleum Industry Act, the Decade of Gas Framework, and our Gas Master Plan, all pointing toward a clear near-term target: 10 billion cubic feet per day of national gas production by 2027, rising to 12 Bcf/d by 2030. Heads of State across ECOWAS have signed the Intergovernmental Agreement for the African Atlantic Gas Pipeline (AAGP) at the ECOWAS Summit in Freetown, Sierra Leone — reflecting the clear mandate of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the shared vision he holds with His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Morocco. This is a defining step toward implementation, giving the AAGP the sovereign, political & legal foundation it needs to move from vision to delivery.
