It’s happening. We’re moving very fast now. math Singularity is already here The anti aging Singularity is near. Scientists just rejuvenated 80 year old cells to a molecular age of under 20 From 80 to under 20. Scientists turned back human cells molecular clocks. Bonn researchers transformed blood cell precursors from an 80 year old into neural stem cells with a molecular age below 20. Achieved in the lab, the breakthrough gives scientists a new way to study rejuvenation, and test what could accelerate it.

very cool anti aging news like I said before, we will all be looking good soon (regardles of your age) here's a small hint of what's coming (skin related) you may be 40-80, but your skin will look like you're in your 20s. This is coming, very likely before other organs rejuvenation. A skin serum targeting an aging pathway just delivered promising results in humans. Researchers tested RLX-201 in a randomized, double blind study involving 47 women with sun damaged facial skin. Participants applied either the active serum or the same base formula without RLX-201 twice daily for 12 weeks. Here’s what the researchers reported for the active serum compared with participants’ starting scores: - 21% improvement in firmness and cheek wrinkles - 40% improvement in skin texture - 39% improvement in radiance - 14% improvement in sagging, elasticity around the eyes and skin tone Some benefits appeared within 2 weeks, and no adverse events were reported during the trial. The interesting part is the biology: RLX-201 targets mTORC1, a pathway involved in cellular growth, maintenance and aging. In separate lab grown human skin experiments, it reduced a marker of that pathway’s activity by roughly 92%, that measurement wasn’t taken from the trial participants. Very encouraging step toward treatments that target skin aging biology.

AI will solve aging, aging reversal is coming AI designed drug shows signs of reversing biological age Insilico Medicine’s AI discovered and AI designed drug rentosertib, originally developed for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, produced a striking secondary result in humans: all 6 proteomic aging clocks measured patients as biologically younger after treatment. The analysis involved 42 patients in a Phase IIa trial. The strongest regimen showed roughly 3-4 years of predicted biological age reversal after just four weeks, with one aging clock indicating as much as ~6 years. AI identified the biological target TNIK, and generative AI then designed the drug molecule itself. The drug has now advanced toward Phase III development for lung fibrosis.

🚨 A heart stent that disappears after doing its job. Scientists have developed bioresorbable vascular scaffolds designed to temporarily keep a blocked artery open while it heals. Unlike traditional metal stents, some newer scaffolds are made from materials such as magnesium or specialized polymers that gradually break down inside the body. The idea is simple but remarkable: Support the artery when it needs help… then slowly get out of the way. Some of these devices can take years to fully dissolve, potentially allowing the artery to regain more natural movement afterward. It’s a fascinating shift in medicine—from permanent implants toward devices designed to help the body heal, then disappear. Source: Serruys, P. W., et al. (2020). Three-year outcomes of bioresorbable vascular scaffolds versus second-generation drug-eluting stents: Meta-analysis of randomized trials. Medicine, 99(31), e21305

Ben Goertzel believes an 82-year-old could take a daily pill and get back the body they had at 30. He says this'll happen in 2-4 years. He says getting old is just our body's cells slowly wearing out, not a fixed rule of nature. Scientists have already discovered old cells can turn young again in a lab. The missing piece is only a mind smart enough to plan the repair for all 37 trillion cells in the human body. Goertzel believes a super-smart AI will do exactly that. He even said it about his own parents, who are 82 and healthy: "If we get super-intelligence in the next 5 years, they will probably not die." — Ben Goertzel (.@bengoertzel), founder of SingularityNET (.@SingularityNET)
Ben Goertzel expects "human-level" AI, or AGI, will happen in 2 to 4 years. He believes in just a few years machines will become as capable as an average person at nearly any mental task, and can even learns on its own. The latter means AI will eventually have the ability to build more AI agents, tools etc, autonomously, effectively compressing years of work a human would take into a month or two. What will this lead to? • Everyone will have AI agents they rely on • Knowledge workers (coders, designers, etc) will be replaced — Ben Goertzel (.@bengoertzel)

One injection, 62% lower LDL - permanently. Gene editing for cholesterol is here. .@cremieuxrecueil is correct. Besides GLP-1 antagonist like Ozempic or, more recently, Retatrutide, this is probably the next breakthrough that is almost impossible to put into words. Verve Therapeutics (Eli Lilly) just published Phase 1 results for VERVE-102 in the NEJM. It's a single-infusion base-editing therapy that inactivates PCSK9 in the liver. At the highest dose, PCSK9 dropped 88% and LDL cholesterol fell 62%. Reductions held for at least a year. 35 patients with familial hypercholesterolemia or premature coronary artery disease. No dose-limiting toxicities. Main side effects: mild infusion reactions and transient liver enzyme elevations. Still Phase 1, still small, no cardiovascular outcome data yet. But the proof of concept for permanent, one-shot LDL reduction via gene editing is real. This is an absolute game changer and im not exaggerting. Elevated LDL cholesterol is responsible for an estimated 4.4 million deaths every year worldwide and remains the single biggest modifiable driver of cardiovascular disease, the leading cause of death globally.
Eli Lilly has done it. They've gone and made what seems to be a powerful, permanent gene therapy for LDL cholesterol. That means they'll be able to effectively prevent most heart disease with a single infusion!

amazing news Skin aging can be reversed at the biological code level, not just hidden cosmetically. A 2026 clinical study in Dermatology and Therapy found that aging skin is strongly linked to epigenetic changes, especially DNA methylation patterns that gradually alter gene behavior over time. Researchers found that this aging pattern appears to be shared across multiple ethnicities. Skin may age differently on the surface, but underneath, the biological "software" seems to follow the same aging code. Then they tested dihydromyricetin, or DHM, as a topical compound on 60 participants for 8 weeks. The results were very exciting: Biological skin age went down. Wrinkles became less visible. Texture improved. Skin density improved. DHM appears to work by inhibiting DNMT1, an enzyme involved in maintaining DNA methylation. By reducing age related gene silencing, it may help restore a more youthful gene-expression pattern. This is the beginning of epigenetic cosmetic medicine, treatments that don’t merely cover aging, but "rewrite" part of the biological program driving it. The future of anti-aging is finally moving beyond creams that just moisturize your skin. Now we’re getting compounds that can actually interact with the genome’s control system. things start getting really interesting

Skin Aging Breakthrough Scientists just reverse biological age at the DNA level. A 2026 clinical study published in Dermatology and Therapy shows that skin aging isn’t just about wrinkles or sun damage. It’s driven by epigenetic changes, specifically DNA methylation patterns that control how genes behave over time. Researchers analyzed skin samples across multiple ethnicities using advanced methylation profiling and confirmed that epigenetic aging follows a shared biological pattern, regardless of skin tone. In other words, aging looks different on the surface, but underneath, it runs on the same code. The team then tested a topical compound called dihydromyricetin (DHM) on 60 participants over 8 weeks. The results showed a statistically significant reduction in biological skin age, along with visible improvements in wrinkles, skin texture, and structural density. DHM works by inhibiting DNA methyltransferase 1 (DNMT1), helping reverse age-related gene silencing and restore a more youthful gene expression pattern. This isn’t just cosmetic skincare. It’s early evidence that aging can be partially reprogrammed at the molecular level, pushing skincare closer to biotechnology than beauty. We’re not just slowing aging anymore. We’re starting to edit it bro 👀

NEW STUDY: OSK rewinds the clock and pushes adult heart cells into a regenerative state that improves heart repair Why is this such a big deal? Because adult heart cells do not meaningfully divide, which is why the heart heals with scar tissue rather than regeneration. This fundamental limitation has defined cardiology for decades In 2020, OSK restored function in damaged neurons. Now the same principle is being explored in the heart, building on results already seen in eye, brain, liver, and skin Consistent with the Information Theory of Aging: cells retain the instructions for repair; aging is a loss of access to them. Restore that information, and regeneration follows…
