It’s with a heavy heart that we’ve switched off the floodlights to our 2010’s journey.
Thanks to everyone who’s enriched the last 11yrs & to the teams who’ve wanted to play the game the right way.
We’ll miss it, but it’s the best decision for everyone.
Thank you & goodnight ❤️
Thank you to all the players, parents, coaches, opponents, referees and league officials for this season.
Now for a well deserved football switch off before Season 26/27 or Season 12 for some of our boys begins.
Enjoy your summers ☀️

@BJAF2010s are still looking for a new No1.
Opportunities at this age group for the right player to join and become a starting player are rare.
So if your son is a GK and looking for something different and challenging, in a supportive environment, then please do get in touch.

Wonderful night that was good for the soul celebrating our young men with all their family and friends.
Some club we’ve all built here and look forward to what season 26/27 brings for this group.
Congrats to all the boys and our main award winners 👏🏻

The final league table for the 26/27 season.
Too many draws and not taking our chances which the Veo stats for the season confirm were higher in every game we played bar one.
But good defensive record and a great platform to build on.
And the boys did it the right way!

Another 6 goals and 3 points to end the season.
Could not be prouder of these boys and the way they look to play football every week, stand up for each other and carry themselves.
Our privilege to be able to coach you and let’s look forward to our celebration next week.

So now the end is near…….
Our last game of the season sees us welcome Kildrum to Toryglen.
We hope to end the season on a high, but no matter what, these young men should be very proud of the way they’ve played this season and how they’ve carried themselves overall 🙏🏻

As our league seasons draw to a close we turn to our end of season and 30th year celebrations.
This will culminate in the 15th June where we will bring every player, coach and family members together for a group picture.
Here’s to the next 30yrs!

Good win away from home tonight to all but cement a third place finish in the league.
Final game of the season on Saturday.

Our penultimate game of the season sees us head to Condorrat.
With the season end in sight the boys will be looking to just enjoy these last games with nothing on the line other than a potential 3rd place finish.

A half 7 start for the road trip to Linlithgow today, but it was worth it for a convincing victory and a clean sheet.
The margin of victory should have been much much more, but on a tough pitch the boys more than deserved the win.

Early start on Saturday as we head East to face Linlithgow.
The end of the season is closing in.

What a few weeks and indeed 5yrs for our wee football team.
Fundamentally, it’s not all about winning, it’s about friendships, creating a safe place and community.
But a wee trophy whist doing this goes down a treat.

Good 3pts yesterday and great to play against a team and coaches of such quality.
Rare to find opposition coaches who are respectful, fair and are there for the right reasons.

Our penultimate home game of the season awaits with an early kick off.
Boys still have pride to play for this season and we’ll be going all out for the 3 points.

We’ll welcome our friends @KirkyRobRoyFC on Tuesday Night to Bearsden.
Sure to be a good game, albeit on the grass, with both teams looking for the 3 points to keep their seasons alive.
Thanks to all for working together in moving the fixture for exams

Moment of appreciation also for the ref “T Waddell”
Excellent throughout, let the game flow, played advantage & pulled it back when none was seen.
Consistent for both teams and helped also by two teams not trying to kick lumps out each other, unlike many others!
An example 👏🏻
Great 3 points in Armadale.
Also a pleasure playing a good team with excellent coaches, boys and supporters.
Two teams looking to play proper football on a decent pitch, it’ll never catch on!!
Good luck to Armadale for the rest of the season.

Another week and another BJAF Trophy 😮💨
This time our 2012’s bring home the League Title.
Brilliant achievement for the team and with a double chance next week in the Divisional Cup Final.
Season after season teams within our club are winning trophies 🏆
