Bronx Jewish Community Council

We’re hosting tablet classes! We meet every Wednesday morning from 10 AM - 12 PM at Pelham Parkway Housing (we can also arrange to meet near our other offices if requested). If you or someone you know is interested in registering for a class, contact Jackie at 718-652-6363.

A big thank you to the SAR students and faculty who delivered 90 challahs to low income Bronx seniors! Special thanks to Niti Minkove (SAR Grandparent and Director of Volunteers at BJCC) and Ora Meier (Director of SAR Chesed Programming) for planning and coordinating this event.

Happy Father’s Day! We would like to personally thank everyone who made such beautiful and thoughtful cards for those at the United Hebrew Home and donated to our food pantry. You are all amazing!! #happyfathersday #fathersday #bronx #bronxjewish #bronxjewishcommunitycouncil

Happy Juneteenth!! Today commemorates the abolition of slavery in the United States. We honor those who have taken a stand against racism and inequality.

Sure donating food is cool...But so is the lifesaving work of BJCC’s social workers! Donate today and make it possible for us to help our clients meet their pressing needs! #bronxjewishcommunitycouncil #bronxjewish #bronx #donate #volunteer #foodbank #nonprofit
