Can someone explain how her arms look like this at 60?
That was my question too. The answer wasn’t a new workout, a new diet, or a new shake.
It was something nobody had ever told me:

Nohut was rescued from Türkiye's streets when dog catchers were looking for her.
Her community carer helped her learn to trust. Then came the hardest day: saying goodbye as Nohut left for a home in Germany.

This is today in New York City the Bronx where an emaciated male pup who NYCACC has named Suzuki, was left on a pile of trash near the street, left to die in the City that never sleeps , the Capital of Strays and Emaciated Pups. Your city is a disgrace…a complete disregard for life…no decency or morals or ethics. Of course it’s not all citizens, but the ones doing this…this starving of man’s best friend when your Mayor has opened Pet Food Pantries in every Borough SHAME on you! May you suffer like this beautiful Pibble boy Suzuki is suffering…a painful death….

This New Jersey man flies his drones every night looking for lost pets and he’s got quite the track record!!
Michael Parziale, a 64-year-old who owns a restaurant in New Jersey runs the U.S.A.R. Drone Team, a nonprofit organization based in Manasquan made up of veterans .
Every night, he flies 18 drones equipped with thermal imaging to search for missing pets in woods, fields, and other hard-to-reach areas.
So far, his team has successfully reunited 122 pets with their families .
His most recent rescue was a lab named Abbie who jumped out of a car on the New Jersey Turnpike. She was later found 20 miles away with the help of his drones.
He never takes a dime for his work. He does this for the love of doing it as does his team.
His restaurant should you be interested is called the Riverside Café in Manasquan NJ 💖💖💖💖💖

With respect and prudence: the image from Alaska is a natural phenomenon called a light pillar, caused by ice crystals in the atmosphere. The story of Dhul-Qarnayn, Gog and Magog, is a prophecy of great spiritual value, but it does not correspond to a physical event happening right now. Distinguishing between faith and facts gives us wisdom. May we live in peace and without fear 🙏

¡NOS ESTÁN MINTIENDO EN LA CARA Y EL MUNDO MIRA HACIA OTRO LADO! 🚨🔥
Readers added context they thought people might want to know

Przecież każdy z tych psów potrzebuje jedzenia, leczenia, sprzątania, a przede wszystkim uwagi i troski.
Teraz pani Krystyna potrzebuje naszej pomocy.
Karma powoli się kończy, a zima coraz bliżej. Dlatego postanowiłem założyć zbiórkę, żebyśmy wspólnie mogli zapewnić tym psom jedzenie na najbliższe miesiące.
Z całego serca proszę Was o pomoc.

Dog taken from owner now it is 570 days! Help get Major out and home NOW!!
Major has now spent more than 570 days alone in a kennel at Austin's animal shelter.
On Sept 29 a federal judge said he'd rule within 10 days on whether an outside expert can evaluate him. That was almost four weeks ago and the public court record still shows no ruling. The judge held a status conference by Zoom on Oct 19. Then on Oct 22 Major's owner asked the court to narrow his lawsuit down to one claim, the disability rights claim under the ADA, and the city didn't oppose it.
Nothing filed since Oct 7, when both sides agreed to extend the order stopping the city from putting him down, says that protection has ended. So Major is still waiting. Still no human touch.
If you missed it, a driver hit Major on a walk in March 2025. Hurt and scared, he bit a woman who was trying to lift him into a car. His owner says Major helps him with a brain injury and seizures. Austin wants him put down. All his owner is asking for is an independent evaluation first.
More than 54,000 people have signed the petition to free him.
Call Mayor Kirk Watson's office at 512-978-2100 and ask the city to allow an independent evaluation of Major before anyone makes this permanent.
How much longer does a dog sit in a cage waiting on a ruling that was due on Oct 9?
