A CAOC, or Combined Air Operations Center, is the primary command-and-control hub that plans, directs and monitors air operations across a theatre/region. It handles the Air Tasking Order cycle, integrates ISR, strike, airlift and other missions, and deconflicts airspace whilst supporting different combatant commands.
