March 25th, 2026, STFX BSA hosted Jerk on Wheels. Learned about the food industry, entrepreneurship, and the day-to-day running of a food truck business. Students took part in a hands-on experience learning how to assemble pre-cooked food, enjoying the food they prepared!!
