Today, I voted in the most important election in American history. This midterm will determine whether or not we will continue to be a democracy or be lead by a dictatorship and oligarchs. My future, your future and your children’s future is at stake. If you’re not understanding what I’m saying, you aren’t paying attention. What is happening in our country goes far beyond extreme talking points that don’t exist all while the extreme actions of the government do. Trans issues and immigrants are not and will never be the downfall of this country. Continuing to believe it is what will bring us down. This isn’t democrats vs republicans. I know true republicans that despise the high jacking of their party by radical right religious extremists.
