Tite Kubo says the Creators of 'Demon Slayer' and 'Jujutsu Kaisen' both told him they were influenced by 'BLEACH':
“I don’t think influence is something that flows in only one direction. It’s something that’s passed from one generation of creators to the next.”

I love the addition of Mimihagi's importance in all of this - how Jushiro's sacrifice actually had a meaning after all this time, carried out by his closest friend
The overall message being how we are stronger together that resonated throughout this episode was so clear

Ruaridh Mollica confirms Tommy is bisexual in ‘VISIONQUEST’:
“I feel like Marvel did a great job by casting a bisexual actor for this and it’s such an honor to be portraying that in the MCU. I feel so seen. […] So I hope that me being bisexual and playing this part is good for people to feel seen and represented.”

BATTLESTAR GALACTICA (2004) might be one of the most underrated shows ever.
Rewatching it again and it’s crazy how much this series manages to do without ever feeling like it’s trying too hard. Politics, religion, war, morality, survival, identity, all of it is woven into the story while the characters are constantly changing in ways that actually feel earned.
Adama and Tigh might have one of the greatest friendships in television, and the character arcs for Apollo, Starbuck, Tigh, Baltar and so many others are incredible. Watching these people break, change, make terrible decisions and somehow keep going is what makes the show work.
And having a complete four season story with an actual beginning, middle and end makes it even easier to recommend today.
BATTLESTAR GALACTICA was doing some seriously ambitious television in the 2000s. I really wish more people talked about it like they talk about BREAKING BAD, THE SOPRANOS or THE WIRE.
What’s the most underrated show you’ve ever watched?

Zack Snyder says he is pro-gay and that ‘300’ is “one of the gayest movies ever made.”
“I always go, 'Look, there are few movies where people come in straight and come out gay, and 300 is one of them.'”

Bleach TYBW #48
SB/ED: Shinichirou Ueda
6.5/10
Adapting one of the most anticipated moments in animanga, this episode had a lot riding on it. Ueda starts really strong, but then drives it all into the ground for the promised moment, much like the state of the production.
