The Netherlands Case moves FORWARD as Lawyer Peter Strassen receives a monumental welcome.
Peter Stassen walks out of the District Court of Northern Netherlands after a substantive hearing in the civil case brought by Dutch plaintiffs who say they were injured by COVID-19 injections and policies.
Defendants include Bill Gates, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, former PM Mark Rutte, and the Dutch State. The plaintiffs are seeking personal liability for what they call coordinated deception and coercion.
Outside, Stassen and expert witnesses (including Sasha Latypova) addressed supporters and laid out their core claim: the official COVID narrative is false, and the court must decide which side it stands on.
The case has already survived jurisdiction challenges and is now being heard on the merits. Two of the original seven plaintiffs have since died.

Please know that my decision is not a capitulation. I stand by my predictions and can only watch as they become increasingly likely. The ongoing emergence of saltation variants is not, in itself, remarkable. What's truly remarkable and spectacular is the speed with which increasingly immune-subversive saltation variants are being selected in highly C-19-vaccinated populations!
I'll continue to follow this and may write a Substack article about it when appropriate but for now, I intend to focus more on several aspects of life that I've neglected for too long.
