Game 09 Uni Combo: 🔵 🔵 🔵
For the 3rd straight game vs Utah, BYU will be in all royal! It's the 10th straight Holy War where the Cougs will wear royal jerseys!
#BEATUTAH
Ahead of tonight's season opener for @BYUMBB, here's a look back at how each uniform performed last season!
Which uni color will get worn the most besides white this season?
We can assume we'll have the color rush uniform matchup for the Holy War this week.
But, should we try some variation? There's tons of incredible uni matchups possible.
PRESS RELEASE FROM BYU UNIFORM TRACKER REGARDING BYU BASKETBALL -
Due to anticipated circumstances (nearly 100 designs over the last 4 years and time consumption), I will NOT be designing a new jersey after every BYU win this season.
As a farewell, here is every jersey I've created since the 2022 season! Give me your top 3!
@BYUMBB if you ever use any of these, all I ask is for a size L for myself and tag me in the release announcement.

“Let’s go cougars!” chants take over the Huntsman Center while Scalley is talking 😂
8 games down, 4 to go in the regular season for BYU! Updated Uniform Tracker notes...
- 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗺𝗲𝘁𝘀 4 times through 8 games (3rd straight year)
- 𝗡𝗮𝘃𝘆 𝗷𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘆𝘀 twice (most in any season since '21)
- 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 6 times through 8 games (last happened in '24)

Cougs win in all navy and avenge the 2021 team! BYU is now 22-17 when wearing all navy and 2-1 since navy helmets returned in ‘21.
But man, I hate to say it but I think I’m out on this combo 😬
OTD in 2021 -
BYU wore 🔵 🔵 ⚪️ aka "The Virgil" uniform combo for the first time since 1968.
The Cougars beat Virginia in the return of Bronco Mendenhall, 66-49.
Looks like ASU is going with ⚫️ ⚪️ ⚫️ on Saturday.
While it's cool, it's the worst possible combo for the uni matchup. Navy vs black ....gold or maroon could have been miles better.
🚨2026 Uniformity - Week 9: Sun Devils to Debut Black Sparky Helmet Against BYU🚨
THIS IS NOT A DRILL! In a historic move that once seemed impossible, ASU is wearing a black Sparky helmet atop their uniform! Check it out on @DevilsDigest here: on3.com/sites/asu-devils/new…
BYU is 21-17 when wearing all navy (uni combo began in 1999) but just 4-8 in the last 12.
The Cougs haven't worn navy against ASU in the modern era and this will be just the 2nd appearance of all navy since joining the Big 12.
BYU’s navy blue helmet history is wide-ranging! Across 82 games, we’ve seen several unique variations:
• 1999–2004: Navy with single tan stripe
• 2021: Matte finish with Stretch Y
• 2023: Gloss finish with royal speckle, Outline Stretch Y
• 2023: Gloss finish with royal speckle, Stretch Y, white face mask
This week, we’re adding another new look to the list! Which of these helmet variations is your favorite?
