Calling conservation practitioners!🐸🌿💧Looking for people managing #wetland and #freshwater sites to take part in a short study as part of my #PhD #research. It would take approx. 30 min of your time and involves reading some text extracts. Please share! #palaeo #pond #lake

Stating your pronouns isn't for you. 👉It's for the trans woman who hasn't come out yet. 👉It's for the trans man who feels he doesn't "pass." 👉It's for the non-binary person who is terrified of being their true self. Because when everyone states their pronouns, it normalises it. And it doesn't single out the people who really need them. Tell people your pronouns, so that the people it's *really* for, feel comfortable doing it too. Simple, right?
