Here's the AI conversation nobody in the creative world wants to have out loud. So I'll say it. AI is here. It's not going anywhere. History has proven two things. We never agree on anything at a global scale. And once something this powerful is out in the world, good or bad, you're never getting rid of it. I started in graphic design, photo and video. I've edited thousands of videos. I love storytelling, designing, the creative process through and through. So part of me is split. I get the fear. I want people to keep being encouraged to create. Part of me wishes this can of worms was never opened. But I live in reality. If something saves people time and money and helps them perform better, most people are going to use it. And honestly, they should. You can be against the big picture of AI and still use it to make your life easier. It doesn't have to do your job. Even sorting your emails or organizing your files counts. The last few months I've run as a one-man team in a way I never could in 15 years. Not by letting AI do the job. By being the director. I record, I build the brand, I talk through my ideas, and AI helps me structure them. If AI disappeared tomorrow, I'd still come out ahead because of what it taught me about doing things better. That's not slop. That's leverage. Refusing to touch it like you'll change the outcome only hurts you. But the bigger issue is thinking you're doing something good by pressuring everyone else to hate it as much as you do. I'm not saying it's a great thing. But every day you spend debating instead of figuring out how it works for you is a day wasted.
