As a nurse, I think there’s a real problem with for profit healthcare as well. 40 years ago I worked at the county hospital they didn’t gauge care based on the insurance. Then I moved from there to a Catholic hospital that was still run by Nuns
And it was the same. Then I went to work for a for-profit hospital. Everything was about how many days. How much coverage. It was sickening.
