Bandera Lady Bulldogs Basketball

They are raving about HS talent at @Tabchoops this weekend in Dallas. This after six DFW kids were taken in last week’s @NBADraft. Why? Dramatically improved high school coaching over the last 20 years, PE period allows HS coach all 9 months of school to work with players, great athletes there with infusion of kids to the Sun Belt from the North & great, highly competitive spring/fall events!

PLAYERS: Making excuses in the off-season about why you aren't in the gym or at training sessions will lead to making excuses during your season as to why you are on the bench.

What Junior High S&C Should Look Like Jump, Sprint, Throw, Strength Train Through a Full Range of Motion. And There Should Be Lots Of Teaching & Actual Coaching Going On!

LEADERSHIP IS LONELY "If you are going to be a leader, you’re not going to please everybody. You have to hold people accountable. Even if you have that moment of being uncomfortable." (Kobe Bryant) ~ via @ChambersHoops

Making changes can be a good thing.

Asking for a friend…and it’s really getting comical…but why are they making the CDL test for Coaches to get certified so difficult? We have a teacher shortage and can’t get enough Bus drivers because of the pre-trip inspection! Our transportation dept will come fix the bus! 🙄

He’s coming! Not yet ranked but we working 😉
